They moved the cups and charged lemonade behind the counter, which fine I get it BUT no one is there to help you some mornings. I ordered 2 bread bowls and 2 broccoli Mac and cheese bowls. For top the counter to get my online order and asked if everything was in the bag, and was told yes. Walked to the table to check and was missing 1 of my bowls. I went back to the counter to let them know I was missing an item. The young girl behind the counter didn’t even let me finish before she rudely said it is in the bag. I told her I was missing a Mac and cheese bread bowl and she continued to say she put it in the bag herself so she knew it was in there.

This place is convenient but I don’t know why I keep giving them my money. It keeps getting worse and worse. If there’s some great broccoli shortage why not remove it from the menu instead of selling me a chicken teriyaki bowl with one piece of broccoli? The “bowl” only filled a third of a small bowl. Normally I get the pick 2 soup and sandwiches but those have gotten more expensive and increasingly disappointing, so I tried something different. This cost $12 and I’m still hungry.
