I keep trying to see if my favorite food brand is finally getting it together & i keep getting highly disappointed. Walked in after a long day on the road. Exhausted. Hungry. Ordered Pick 2 w/half salad & soup on the app from the parking lot. Made sure i selected ‘need utensils’ on the check-out page. While standing there i took note of the waiting area & the dining area. Not as filthy as most of the last several locations i’ve been to around the USA im the last couple years, but dirty none-the-less. Cup lids, straws, sugar & salt packets on the floor. Splash residue on the side of the coumter & walls. Just a layer of grime in customer-facing areas. (And it looks like theyve done away with Tabasco packets). The app notified me that my order was done… and it still took 3 or 4 mintues to get to my hands. I was too tired to check the bag but would regret it. Got to the hotel & NO FORKS OR SPOONS OR NAPKINS. *fuming*. Went to the hotel lobby & found some utensils. Pulled the salad out the bag & the salad dressing container was less than half full. *double fuming*. 8 bites in & the little bit of dressing that i could find didn’t taste right. I trust my nose & my tastebuds. I threw the rest of the salad away. This is not a location problem. This is an upper-level management problem. A good brand dying right before our eyes. Shame.

Payed 36.90 for ten cookies, they came to the door old as if made days ago. I called and Tia began to talk down to me. Said she wouldn’t exchange them and wasn’t going to make any new ones. She explained their ingredients as if the could never go stale. Them stated I ordered them incorrectly as if I should have ordered them by 4’s. They were a gift that I didn’t even order. What a horrible person she must be to treat a customer such a way over cookies.

I don’t think I’ve ever been in a Panera this terrible – this one was so understaffed with no mobile kiosks so the line was to the door. Both times we went, our drinks were warm and flat… those were the only things in our order.

Bought a spicy chicken sandwich(the one in the commercial with fried pickles) and this is what you get for $10.99, per sandwich. They were also thrown in the bag sideways. Chicken was also extremely dry, like it had been sitting under a lamp all day.

Just sending a shout out to the store manager, Tia. When I went in the morning, my online order was completely screwed up. So I came back hoping to make things right. Not only Tia fully refunded my order, but she also gave me a free iced coffee and a few coupons. I think you’re very much, but I forgot to mention that she did make things right and even beyond that. So I wanted to publicly say thank you to her. I recommend coming to this location!

Ordered through uber eats. Worst Panera sandwich I have ever recieved. Mostly just a slop mess of bread and sauce. So much sauce it is practically inedible. Garlic sauce literally burns my mouth. There has to be at least 4 times the amount than usual. Terrible. Suppose to have mozzarella and recieved at most 3 small slices, a bit of lettuce and a couple slices of tomato. This was over $12? You are kidding me? I order this sandwich all the time and this is disgusting.

I love Panera but this location needs a little attention. I ordered coffee with my food but there wasn’t any in the containers. It took them a while to put it out but I had already finished eating. I used the restroom but no paper towels. They finally put a roll on the sink. I’ll continue to eat here so thanks for the effort.

We went through the drive through today and had the longest wait time imaginable. Absolutely unacceptable and inexplicable as to why it took so long to serve people. The line did not move for over 20 minutes. No one even came to the window for the car in front of us to even acknowledge the customer or explain what was taking so long. Completely takes the fast out of a drive through. When inquiring about what the delay was, we were told that “the inside gets prioritized over the drive through line.” It is completely unacceptable to have customers wait over 30 minutes in line for food. The management here is severely lacking if this is the service customers can expect. Extremely disappointing.
