Just went to this location around 1:00 to get a quick lunch. When we came in, we were told it was to go only which was fine, but otherwise received no other greeting. After being at the kiosk for 5 minutes the same person came back out and said “we close at 2, I don’t have three hours to wait for you.” So we left after receiving such awful customer service and doing nothing other than try to order food.

Gave it a 2 just because it was open. No baked goods on display, no one at the front counter. You order by tablet which is fine, I get it that good staff are hard to find these days. Wanted to order a soufflé and a breakfast sandwich. Soufflés were sold out – it was 630am REALLY? I’m guessing they just hadn’t made any. Breakfast sandwich was available but not with fried egg…..scrolled through the rest of the breakfast menu and nothing but sold out signs. Cancelled my order and walked out. Very disappointed. The owner needs to pay more attention to what’s going on here or they will never make it.

I’ve tried to go here now for about two years and never managed to come here when it’s open. This time they have huge “now open” signs out front and in back, but again are closed. There are six delivery vehicles parked in the lot. Maybe spend more on labor and less on SUV delivery vans?
