2-stars only because I felt the service was great. Otherwise I was quite disappointed with the food. The lettuce used in my salad was visibly old and certainly not fresh which was quite the turn off. Tinges of red. Listen to the other low reviews this Panera has received recently. They need to put in some work to improve before I would consider upping my rating.

12/5/22 UPDATE…. Typical canned response from store, as with all other complaints. Asking me to provide order number/receipt 1 week later (after all this was provided to customer service, and I was advised they would forward info to this store) is unrealistic. Who saves a receipt for a week for a to go order??? How about this store be proactive and look up my online order, contact their own customer service dept and get the info they want. This is not satisfactory response or request from store.

I go to this Panera almost every day for lunch. This is really the only place nearby that offers a great lunch deal with a low calorie count. However, I have been having issues with their salads. I usually get the pick 2 with a sandwich and a half salad. Recently, the quality of the salads have taken a down turn. The first few times I visited, the salads were green, leafy, and full of color. Now, they are half green/half yellow and have a lot of white lettuce stems that offer little to no nutritional value. The soups and sandwiches are almost always up to par. That is the reason for the 3 stars. This Panera would get a better review if they would step their salad game up.

I used this location since it was opened but never thought I would experience what I experienced this morning. They threw my order at me and lock the drive thru window on me when I asked the place some of my food on separate bag. I asked the for the manager and surprisingly person I was dealing was the manager. When I opened the window to get her info, she told me get the F of my drive thru and for some reason she just keep saying “stop yelling”. It’s all happened in front of my wife and grandson. I called the corporate and opened the complain ticket. I am pretty sure ownership will neglect to contact me to resolve this issue but fortunately I do know the law and I am not leaving this matter unsolved.

⚠️Don’t deserve 1 star!!! THIS BUSINESS MUST CLOSE. They have foreign materials in their food which is totally unacceptable. I guess this is common per other reviews. I should have read them before going there! POOR SERVICE AND SUPER RUDE GIRL OF A MANAGER. She doesn’t deserve to work, period. They spilled my drink and with all the mess, handed it to me. They charged me ridiculously for a wrong other and left me with food for 5 people! And worse of all I couldn’t even eat any after seeing a piece of wood in the salad.

This restaurant was the filthiest restaurant I have been in for a long time. Certainly not what I expected from the Panera brand. I would recommend that people stop patronizing this restaurant and the health department should be called based on general appearances. It looked like floors hadn’t been swept in days…tables all filthy. Child seats filthy too. Panarea brand…you should take notice of the low ratings and intervene. I never write reviews…that is how bad this restaurant is folks.

I live across the street but won’t come here. Worst managed Panerai in Central Ohio. If you order inside there’s never a cashier and wait for simple items is normally 20+ minutes. First time at this Panera Bread…I have the Unlimited Sip Club, told cashier even gave my number BUT was still charged for my drink. Then my Onion soup was cold. I told the manager of the issues and I was refunded for the drink charge but replaced the cold soup with a cold/luke warm soup…Hmmm don’t think I will return to this Panera Bread.
