We have the unlimited sip club thing. We come here all the time for our drinks. We get food occasionally. Overall the food is good, but is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s really good, others it’s subpar and comes out cold.

Clean and well decorated. The kiosk ordering system is very cool, lets you customize your order, skip the line, and you get a Free Cookie!! The tracker system works well, service is prompt, and food is well presented. I’m traveling alone in the area and ended up coming here 3 days in a row because it was fast, convenient, and a nice comfortable atmosphere.

I thought the food pick up service was confusing. I didn’t know if my meal would be brought to me at my table or if I had to stand in the back and wait in line for it. My food was good, but high priced for a more or less single serving of pepperoni pizza. Clean eating area, and friendly cashier.

It was pretty empty in here during what should be the lunch rush. Nevertheless, the staff seemed attentive, and our food was ready in a record time for Panera at 6 minutes. Everyone seemed nice and at least at this location the prices are not completely outrageous. Food was complete in terms of what was there, and it all tasted pretty great. Will eat here again when traveling on through.
