IF you’re going to order DoorDash here please be aware that you’re probably not gonna get a lot on your sandwich I’ve been having this issue for a while now last couple of months and it’s a simple as if I’m paying for the sandwich then I’m also paying for the portion that is represented in the ad but they are good about portions if you go in person, so unless you wanna get less food (portion wise) I would recommend staying away from DoorDash when ordering here other than that great place to eat cookies are always soft and fresh and lobby is clean

I had a viable coupon for a 6” sub and the lady would not accept it because they had a special going on. She was also very hard to understand due to her ethnicity. I turned around and left. Why do they put out coupons if they won’t accept them. Poor business practice.

If I could give this Subway A 1 I would. We ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and 6 cookies through door dash. They toasted my sandwich to where it was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Then On top of that, they left off toppings. This is the worst Subway I have ever eaten at or ordered from.Do not go to this subway if you want good food!!!!

An Indian owns it and will not take coupons. He doesn’t like to give out packs of mayo or mustard. A real jerk. The employees were super nice, just had to follow the rules. At least they didn’t put my mayo in a cup they gave me packs. I live very close to them but I will not be going back. I’ll go to the one in schad road.

Placing an online order is suppose to make things quicker but what good does that do when you’re told as you walk through the door to pick it up “I’m sorry but I have other orders for people in the lobby to finish first”. If you have a specific time on an online order then as close to that time it should be available. The customers in line may have to wait a few minutes for that order to be made. Maybe more staff should be available so that online orders get completed on time.

Slow as molasses is the only term that comes to mind. This location consistently has only one employee working per shift… never anyone to help them. I blame the owner of this location, I cannot fault the employee who is doing their best.

Been standing in. Line for 41 min. Only 1 employee and she was filling a large phone order. ….. Out of roast beef. And no help at all. Still got 3 ahead of me and she’s doing ALL SHE CAN DO….. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!
