Ordered two salads on December 3rd. They got messed up. However they didn’t hesitate to correct the order and make it right. Awesome managers. They truly cared. That’s rare these days in customer service. I appreciate it very much. I suggest you give them a try if you haven’t. If you have you know what a gem we have here in Campbell County

On a cold slight snow Sunday disappointment filled the room at Panera bread!
We walked in, no one greeted us, there was one young lady stocking behind the register so we opted to just order from the kiosk.
Nothing was stocked, no pagers for the order, no cups placed out, no iced tea, no hot coffee.
We had to ask for cups, I asked for a lid and was told over there by the drink machine.
I had to open a drawer to rummage through and find a lid and napkins as well.
There were maybe 3 people as customers in this establishment.
We opted to sit by the fire and ended up having to clean off the table and chairs because they were disgusting, the floor was littered with trash! Juice box left on a table adjacent.
When our $31 meal was called to pick up, nothing was there to pick up! We ordered the pick two and a bread bowl with potato soup!
Only to learn that by 2:45 they had neither of those options after waiting 15 minutes and no cheddar and broccoli as well.
My partner immediately asked for a refund. The I’m assuming manager (or someone placed in charge for the day) came up to issue a refund apologizing and stating her manager left her in this situation with no bread bowls and soups.
Nevertheless, not a place to visit again because we were very unhappy leaving that place! We did get a refund so there’s the positive for the day!

I normally never leave reviews….If I could leave a negative 5 star review here I would ….I just got home from picking up my order and when I opened both of the broccoli cheddar soups I thought ( oh no ) they must have spilled in the bag ? Nope ….Both cups were about a quarter of the way filled …..I then proceeded to call the store and ask for the manager. The girl that answered the phone claimed she was the manager. I then tried to explain the reason for my call .She interrupted me mid-sentence and said let me stop you right there .We are out of smaller cups so you received a large cup .I then said respectfully I’ve eaten here many times and I’ve never received a portion that wasn’t more than double what they were trying to serve me .I ordered 3 meals for 3 people and the black bean soup was the appropriate amount in the cup ..The sandwiches were made sloppy and just thrown together ( also seemed to be less than normal size) After reading the reviews on here I’d be willing to believe there should be a lot more negative reviews….Here I am after eating about 7 spoonfuls of soup and clearly agitated enough to leave this long rant ….It’s not even so much about the soup but more about being rudely cut off mid sentence and her saying ” Let me stop you right there ” Customer service here is terrible and the food sadly isn’t much better ….Why would I ever support this store again in the future? I won’t

Food tasted great. Getting the correct order (no special orders, just menu items) took a little longer. It was fixed, but we were with a larger group and had business to attend to, had to eat a little faster.

A second terrible experience at this location. Missing an entire item in a delivery order. But the worst part was the Mac n Cheese Sandwich. They advertise a pretty full looking sandwich. Take my word for it, it is not. There’s very few pieces of macaroni on it so it’s basically just bread. You can see all this in the picture. Do not order here.

Panera Bread is always welcoming with a great selection of food and drink. They have spacious seating areas (including a fireplace). A great place to meet that’s comfortable and has something for everybody.

It’s not uncommon to see the door still locked at 6:15am on a weekday. I call the store to ask them to open the door but they don’t answer. On one of these frequent occasions an employee was standing there with me. She ultimately went around back and then came to the door to let me in. On an afternoon visit I walked in and had someone pass me on their way out (he was empty handed). He said, “good luck finding someone to help you. I gave up.” It’s very common to see multiple people in the back but never check the counter. The most recent fun was that you couldn’t order a large drink because they didn’t have large cups. The coffee regularly has grounds in the cup.

Turning to corporate. They charged my credit card for an annual Sip Club subscription when I clearly had the option selected to use gift card balance first. I asked for a refund and it’s been almost 1.5 months and still no refund. They say it’s in the works and the delay is “entirely up to my credit card company.” We all know a refund takes a few days max. They are simply holding onto everyone’s money as long as they can. Run, do not walk from this train wreck.

Not sure what’s happening to this location. Used to be my favorite and is a very new location. I can’t speak for the kitchen but the dining room and restrooms are always in need of attention. The men’s restroom tissue dispenser has been broken for nearly 3 months. Customers stand constantly at the counter for service. Inventory in the kiosk ordering center is never correct. Now on nearly every Sunday there is a dining room closed sign hanging and to use the drive through. I’m sorry but for a dining room that is a near entirely self serve experience, there is no logical reason to have it closed when you have a staff of 4 in the building.

UPDATE!!!

Very happy to see that new management has taken the facility. Operations seem to be streamlined and much better controlled. New hire staff is much more personable and friendly. Cleanliness has improved drastically. Keep up the good work!

Got the buffalo chicken sandwich, sorry to say there was hardly any chicken on it. Sandwich tasted only of buffalo sauce. Must say I won’t order it again.
