Went to go get food for some soldiers today on a Saturday ordered 4 meals and all I heard was complaining about my order and how the people on base & military don’t have nothing better to do than order food. I’m sorry literally was at the window for 5 minutes and the lady was talking loud and did not care she even asked if my order was the “big” ordered and just kept being negative. I get some days aren’t easy but go work some where else then if a couple meals is too hard for you to do working at a Burger King…. Also I was still very nice and smiled so she had NOOO REASON TO KEEP GOING WITH IT.

Ordered a milkshake, completely melted by the time I got to the window. Maybe letting it sit in the open window in 80+ degrees, while the four cars in front of me get orders, wasn’t the smartest choice. No refund, no milkshake, handed it back and said I didn’t want a melted milkshake and got, “have a nice day”.

They get the orders right 100% percent of the time which is great performance, considering the volume of people they serve. Their operating hours are confusing as of what is posted on their doors and what is actually happening at the restaurant. In 3 years I have not seen this place open at 6am or 5am drive through ever. It may have to do with the fact that the majority of the customers on the post don’t start their breakfast times after their workout times around 8am that will explain a lot. Overall the location is good, the service is good and the quality of the food is been good the whole time I have been a customer here If they could figure out their times and post them more accurately that will help their customers a lot plan their visits.

Lobby is closed when it says it’s open…called to ask about it and was greeted by rude and annoyed worker. This is the third time and last time this has happened. They weren’t even busy. It was a Sunday. Not all people or Soldiers have access to a car…AAFES can do better with a different chain at this location!!!

Make sure you check your bags for ALL of your food I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries for my wife they put in the fries but not the sandwich so I basically paid for and invisible sandwich.

Spent about 30 minutes before even making it to the drive through speaker. The staff are blatantly annoyed that you as a customer would dare come through their drive through based on their attitudes. Not so “fast” food but as it’s on post it has a constant stream of soldiers without many other options so it’ll always stay in business without any real incentive to improve their service. An embarrassment of customer service and efficiency. Needs new management.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Vernon parish every time i have to go in there. Staff is incredibly rude and lazy. No customer service whatsoever. Have signs on all the doors that the lobby is closed and locked doors except one in the back but they don’t tell you that. Claim they do delivery orders but won’t tell you how to get in and refuse to do drive thru. Will blatantly ignore you standing at the counter waiting to receive help. Reeks of body odor and bleach. I’ve lived here 10 years and have never once had a good experience with this store.

Very typical Burger King in a good central to post location. Food here is always as it should be and the place is clean and well kept. Weekends and evenings are so slow, the place is closed. I wish it wasn’t.
