If you enjoy Panera at all avoid this location. My wife and I came for a light breakfast and when it was brought out there was no protein on either of our bagels and half the items that the menu advertised on the bagels were not present. When addressed the employees acted like we should be happy that they prepared food at all for us. If I could give this location a negative score it would be very much earned.

Our visit to Panera was a bit underwhelming. We weren’t greeted by anyone upon entering, which left us to figure things out on our own and use the iPad-style ordering system. While that works fine for some, it felt impersonal and a bit confusing. After placing my order, I had to track someone down just to get a cup for the drink I had already paid for.
I ordered the Asiago Bagel Chicken Roma Stack, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The bagel was smaller than expected and seriously lacking the signature Asiago cheese topping. That said, I did make a few modifications, including adding caramelized onions, which ended up being the saving grace. They added a rich, savory flavor that brought the sandwich together.

Luke needs to chill. Rude as hell once I showed my vet Id. He / she ?? literally threw my pastry across the counter towards me after I asked for the free pastry (Veterans Day freebies for vets).

Salads, soups and sandwiches made to order. Thank you for making “fresh” a priority! I enjoy the sips clup rewards and come about daily for a drink. The sips club rewards has saved me hundreds of dollars. If you live close by, this sips clubs rewards is great to partake in as it’s good at any Panera location! I’ve used it from Indiana to Florida! A free drink every 2 hours? It’s worth the $$$$! I just wish hot chai tea was included in the sips club as I have to make it every morning being i am not much of a coffee drinker.
Here’s a hint, if you order an iced drink and prefer lite ice, please be certain to go through drive thru or oder inside. The app doesn’t allow anyone to special order lite ice drinks on the menu…

Drive thru is slow.
Parking is not great.
Bread baguette seems not too fresh.
Inside there was no whole milk for the coffee.
Overall ok experience just avoid the drive thru and be patient to find parking. In customer service and especially in food service, friendly workers and fuller drinks should be an expected standard. I did not experience much warmth.

They were out of bacon and ranch dressing. We ordered grill cheese and were not offered options so we ended up with 2 grilled cheeses each and would have paired it with soup instead. Basic grilled cheeses, with just 3 pcs orange sliced cheese, not melted all the way and tomatoes. 24$ And while we were there they started turning over tables in order to get it ready to close in 1.5 hours

This is an updated review. Panera Bread continues to go downhill. I placed a curbside order through the app today for lunch. My order was supposed to be ready by 11:14. I arrived at 11:15. I checked in on the app, and waited. At 11:26, I went in because no one had brought my food out. I tried calling before going in, but no answer. I work on the opposite side if town and didn’t check my order as the bag was sealed. Once I arrived at work, I opened the bag to find a half empty Teriyaki Chicken and broccoli bowl. For $11 and some change, I expect a meal not a snack. I included a picture with this review. I called the store to complain and all the manager could do was make excuses as to why it happened. She blamed the computers for me having to come in. She blamed short-staffing for my bowl being half full. If you are going to stay open, deal with being short-staffed and give the best customer service possible. If you can’t do that, close.

Cleanest Panera we’ve ever been to. We all know those Panera restaurants that are constantly trashed with straw papers on the floor, crumbs on the tables, and overflowing trash cans. In fact, we agreed before going in that we would leave if it was like that. Not at all. Clean restaurant. Food was fresh and tasty.
