Every single time I’ve gone there my order isn’t prepared correctly. My food today wasn’t even worth the $12 I spent. My sandwich literally only had little to no meat. This is a recurring issue and I definitely won’t be returning which sucks. I would’ve been better off going to Dickey’s for a pulled chicken sandwich.

I have been here many of times but today made me want to write a review. The customer service is very nice, and I was thankful they put my number in for the rewards. I got a Chicken avocado melt and a salad for 10 dollars after my 5 off rewards. If I would have had to pay full price for this I would have been quite upset. a little portion of the price, and my sandwich had super unripe avocado that almost broke my tooth. Overall I would not come back for food unless it was for a bakery item or the sips club.

They really can’t seem to grasp the concept of toast. I don’t think they’ve ever seen toast. Maybe they should have a class on toast. The first step might be explaining to them that toast looks slightly different from regular white bread. It’s darker on the surface. Odd that a bakery has no knowledge of toast. Seems like requirement.

I arrived relatively early, somewhere around 9:30, so I think that they were still baking. I bought some bread and a couple of bagels. The bagels were very good. I froze the bread so I will have to update my review later about the quality of the bread. I have to admit being a bit disappointed because there were no whole wheat or rye bread options. I am hoping that when I visit the next time they will have a bit more of a selection. The service was excellent. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and helpful. I definitely give him 5 stars.

Every single time I order here (twice a month maybe?) they make it wrong. It’s not like I make any weird modifications, they can’t even follow the menu. Yesterday I ordered a grain bowl. Chicken was missing completely and the lettuce was black and rotten. WHY TF would you put rotten lettuce on it in the first place???? Was the person making it completely blind? Took it back and waited 20 minutes for them to make a replacement. Every time I think I’ll try again and maybe they’ll get it right, I’m left disappointed again. This place needs a complete refresh of staff/management. 🙁

I went through the drive through and the staff was great! But…. The supposedly full size chicken sesame salad came with an unfortunate amount of toppings. If you want to pay $12 for a plastic bin filled with a bit of romaine lettuce, a very few pieces of chicken, and a few carrots, then I’d suggest go to the grocery store. Waste of money . Plus not enough dressing. . A small chunk of bread left bread was chucked in the bag too. Won’t return.

The employees are dry and unwelcoming. An the food is disgusting! It’s no way I paid 19.00 for two items and it’s so small. The pizza taste like great value and the drinks is the only thing I can say is good.

The whole restaurant was filthy. No clean tables or bathroom. I advised an employee before I ordered my food that the stall was empty of toilet paper, and no one refilled the the toilet paper while we were eating, at least 30 min.
