Online it says they open at 6:30am. On the door it says they open at 6:30am. I watched as the manager and workers walked around the restaurant and refused to open the door. The door was locked and we stood there for 21 minutes – from 6:30 to 6:51 – waiting for them to open it, since they saw all of us standing there. They never opened the door, they never even came to the door. It’s rude and unprofessional. Your business hours are listed clearly, yet this place is never open. EVERYTIME I’ve tried to eat here, it’s closed when it says it’s supposed to be open.

Nice Panera located downtown, getting in and out of the parking lot can be difficult, and it’s smaller than other locations.

Today was my first day trying Panera bread. My friend had given me a gift card because I had helped her with an art project. I ordered a custom salad with reduced fat balsamic vinaigrette and lots of greens. I also ordered the black bean soup because I’m a vegetarian. My sides included an apple and a sprouted grain bread roll. Even the plastic flatware was high quality. I’m 100% completely impressed by the quality of service and ingredients I have received. The man who delivered my food told me,”Good luck on your finals.” and that meant so much to me.

In the four attemps Ive made to eat at this location the doors have been locked. Gave them one star cause the lights are always on and it looks pretty nice inside.

Ok clean location, just one working kiosk. PARKING is horrible, Panera has about 5 spots in front of building but it doesn’t say anything about not using other spaces in the shopping center. DO NOT PARK in the other spaces of the shopping center. The shops are vacant but the parking company is watching and will boot your car in 2 minutes. $75 to get it released! Ridiculous business!!

I’m from Cincinnati visiting. As I’m still eating my meal I’m stopping to leave a review because this is the best Panera we have ever been to. The food is so much better than any of ours, so many more options, great staff. I dropped my baguette and they pretty much gave me a free loaf of bread for it. Give them all raises.

Normally get the bakers dozen with no problem. This particular time I ordered, clerk proceeded to slice my bagels thru machine and bag my order. Another customer comes in and clerk stops bagging my order to take next customer’s order. The customer kept changing what she wanted so 10 minutes later I asked clerk could she just finish bagging my order before continuing on with new customer. So she calls manager (I think) to finish my order so 15 minutes later I’m out the door when it would have only taken about 5 min if she had just finished my order instead of stopping to take next order. Manager was pleasant. Offered complimentary cookie. Clerk also pleasant however just took too long trying to multi task instead of just finishing my order and telling new customer she would be with her shortly. IMO

Isaiah was a phenomenal employee! He was very friendly and provided professional service that went above and beyond what you would expect from a quick service restaurant. Overall, the restaurant was very clean and staff were following all CDC COVID-19 protocols which made us feel comfortable enough to dine in. Thank you, Panera Team on 2000 Cumberland Ave!
