This is probably the worst kept Panera I’ve been to and I have stopped by many. I came in for coffee and a bagel at 7am when they opened. I was the first one in the door. The carpet was covered in food remnants. Tables with crumbs and trash showed no one bothered cleaning the prior night at close or before opening. I found a clean-ish table to sit with my coffee and began to sweat before I realized there was no air. I can only imagine it’s to keep the homeless away during the day. There’s also a pungent smell of deodorant like that used to clean vomit. This isn’t where you want to go.

visited on saturday 3/25/23 – ordered a chicken avocado melt sandwich for take out. After leaving the restaurant and opening the sandwich I discover it has absolutely NO chicken. Also the restaurant was kinda messy – puddles on the floor, some trash on the tables, etc. Ordered from the kiosk, which doesn’t offer a paper receipt, so therefore wasn’t able to use the restroom… All these issues have been mentioned by previous reviewers.

After an over 30 minutes wait, I asked for my money to be refunded. Service satisfaction is not a priority on this particular location. I acknowledge the place was crowded but the least I should expect is being notified on wait time. In addition to myself other customers asked for being refunded.

The customer service was bad but I never mind that cause who wants to work and I’m glad people clocked in. But I did begin eating my sandwich to find wax paper cooked into my egg. I avoid being negative the internet but I didn’t want to walk back to let them know to watch out for this so maybe this will make it there.

Eli and Allen do a great job managing the place. Very clean and very respectful team. I enjoy coming in frequently and talking with the staff. Being downtown presents challenges but they do a phenomenal job.

Terrible – I keep giving them a chance and they continue to fail in providing the food I ordered. I order delivery a lot and almost always have at least 1 item missing from this store. Happened again today – and like the other times no one ever answers the phone when I call and try to resolve – it rings so long it just hangs up. Im done with this place. Terrible to pay for something, not get it, and not be able to talk to anyone to resolve it.

Selective Service, go to another Panera Store. I got a half Italian sandwich and it was too salty so I went back the next day to exchange it for another sandwich (I even brought back the physical sandwich so it’s clear that I really bought a sandwich). I explained the situation, and the cashier say exchanging it wouldn’t be a problem. When she then spoke to the manager, Chris, about it, Chris looked to see who was asking to swap out a sandwich, saw it was me, then said they wouldn’t exchange the sandwich unless I had a receipt. Who holds on to quick service restaurant receipts? I don’t; if I get a receipt at all. I had the physical sandwich, in the Panera Bread bag with me…but you need a receipt? I believe if I had been someone else, I would have been able to exchange my sandwich.
