Update here 021423: some months ago I had a very unpleasant experience here. Very rude young ladies, one of which may be a manager and she threatened to throw my food away that happened to be sitting a moment on table waiting for me to get my coffee to drink. She blatantly told me that she was just about to throw my mess away!, my food which I had paid for, but with a very unpleasant manner in her voice. I then heard some of the other ladies there laughing about it saying my items looked like a “train wreck”. Nonsense. I’ve not gone back there since and don’t really plan to. This may be the only location here with this type problem. It’s also possible it has been corrected by now but Panera will have to let me know. I’m not checking in with them. I found the experience to be disgusting. Who would hire people like this? Before this they had such nice acting people here.

We visited around 2:30 p.m. Ordered two Cobb Salads and green tea. Salads were good. Service was swift and friendly. We had to wipe off a table before we could sit down to eat. When we left we took our dishes to the designated area. Dirty dishes were stacked high. Some friends gave us a card for Panera Bread so we decided to go. We got there for supper. The landscaping was beautiful and blended a romantic touch as the sun started to set. The meal was filling and we had leftovers. The fountain drinks were combinations of citris flavors, very tart and very delicious.

I’ve been a member of the sip club for a while and most locations are great. This is my first time at this location and after placing my order on the tablet, I asked the lady at the register that I had placed the order for the drink. She just simply stated “good for you”. When I asked for a cup, she pointed to another location and said “go get it”. She was pointing to the area to pick up orders and grab food. Most locations have the cups placed by the tablets or kept behind the register. Automatically assuming that a new customer knows of the location and then being incredibly rude when asked the location, is horrible customer service. Also, the drink containers were warm so make sure you get plenty of ice to go with your “cold” drinks.

Extraordinarily poor service that is attributed to being short of staff, forcing customers to order from a confusingly complex kiosk, confounding orders. Poor attitude of staff and management indicate leadership issues at this store.

Drove 2 times in 3 weeks to place togo orders, 2 times I get back with the togo order to find items not included. No one answers the phone when you call, just rings for eternity. Watch them pack your order, the reciept has a spot for checking for accuracy, of course they dont bother.

Food was good and service was quick but the kiosk is very inconvenient. I sat near the kiosk and got asked to help someone multiple times with their order because there is no one to take orders or assist when needed. There were a ton of people that came in to eat and left in frustration while trying to place their order on the tablet. And the food was no cheaper with me placing the order myself.
