The food was tasty, and I’m glad I tried it! The portions were smaller than I expected, and the 3-pack dessert wasn’t quite as big as I imagined, but overall it was a nice experience. I’m hopeful they’ll keep improving and offer something even more satisfying in the future, but overall it was a nice experience.

This was our first time eating any Panera Bread. I was highly disappointed. The young lady who took our order was very polite, but everything went down from there. The dinning area and drink station were not clean. (I did not take a photo of the dinning area out of courtesy to other customers) The amount of food for the price was insulting. Needless to say we won’t be having Panera Bread in the future.

Dirtiest Panera I’ve ever been to. Crumbs, napkins and dirt all over the floor. Bathroom was filthy too. Took a couple pictures of the floor. Smelled of burnt bread inside.

Dining room was busy as usual and nasty as usual. Carpets are nasty and tables were not wiped off. The cashier unfortunately had no idea what she was doing, could have been new. I ordered my usual, chicken salad on a croissant, bowl of broccoli and cheddar. My wife had the soup and an Italian, which she couldn’t eat because the bread would have ripped her mouth to shreds. My croissant was cold as ice and the chicken salad appeared different than normal. It also looked similar to cat food. Soup was consistent which I’m sure they don’t actually make. My lettuce was severely brown on the edges and unfortunately we were super hungry this day and I didn’t return it. Drinks were also not mixed properly. This is actually the first time we’ve had a bad experience at any location, with the exception of the dining room conditions. My intentions are to hopefully allow the managers to make improvements as needed. We shall see.

I can’t pretend the food is not delicious, but I feel like I might get food poisoning every time I come. Look at these pictures of mold on the drink container storage for the specialty drinks. Yikes. The store in general is just dirty.

The employees however are very nice and good people. But please clean this place.

I ordered the green goddess cob salad with chicken. The chicken tasted like it was soaked in water. Not very good flavor, the red onions were wet too, but the romane was nice and crunchy. the restaurant was dirty.

I ordered a Caesar salad. The cashier failed to let me know that they were out of cheese for the Caesar salad so I paid eight dollars for lettuce and croutons.
This information should’ve been divulged when you place an order.

I’m still not impressed. My first experience wasn’t great and this second try was worse. The food was overpriced and very bland. I had the cranberry walnut chicken salad and my mom had the green goddess salad with chicken. The chicken in her salad was terrible; over processed and tasteless. My chicken salad didn’t have much taste either. The cashier rang my order up wrong and although they didn’t make me stand in the very long line to reorder, I waited for 15 minutes to get my second order. I am disappointed that I have to give such a terrible review for such a popular place, but I’m being honest. I always am. Unfortunately, I am not willing to give them a third chance.

I stopped here on a road trip a couple of weeks ago and it is the most dirty Panera I’ve ever been in. There were all kinds of crumbs on the floor and the tables and booths desperately needed to be wiped down. If we hadn’t been starving and desperate we would not have eaten here.

The food tasted okay but based on how the dirty the dining area was, I would not want to know what the kitchen looked like.

I don’t live near where this Panera is located but even if I lived in the area, I would not go back.
