If I could give more than five stars, I would without hesitation. Katrina was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we were seated until the very end, we truly wanted for nothing. She was constantly on the move, working her tail off to make sure every single detail was taken care of, and it showed. I have never enjoyed service this much, and that says a lot. She anticipated our needs before we ever had to ask and made sure we were comfortable and happy the entire time.
Not only was she extremely attentive and professional, but she was also genuinely delightful and pleasant to be around. Her positive attitude and warm personality made the experience even better. You could feel her joy and enthusiasm radiating, and it created such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Katrina went above and beyond in every way, and she truly made our visit memorable. Exceptional service like hers is rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition.

Best service I’ve ever had! I wish I remembered my server’s name! She had blonde hair and she was the nicest server I have ever had! She made sure my family and I had everything we needed tonight! She went above and beyond for us! Our food was fantastic! We’ve never been so happy! Definitely coming back! And definitely a 1,000 stars ⭐️!!!

The entire parking lot was completely pact on a Friday night. We’d already locked our buds into Alfredo but were loathe to endure all the racket n commotion that was surely bubbling inside. We decided to order curbside for the first time. Online ordering was easy. Truly I expected a good 45+ wait based on how packed the joint was, tho the app said bout 30 mins. We were really surprised it came out so quickly. Hot n fresh. Even more impressive considering I’d accidentally ordered a whole extra meal so was like 5 lbs o food assembled really fast. Everything was accurate, as usual with OG. They didn’t forget the all important utensils I’d requested as we were traveling. Consistent quality of fare and service are what makes this chain so successful.

Exceptional service! Fast and friendly. Food was tasteful. We came 2 times in a single week period and it was the same each time. Atmosphere was wonderful! Hands down one of my favorite dine in restaurants. Perfect for date night or for the whole family. Pricing is really good.

Our waiter, Brody, was incredible! Super attentive to our needs and very professional. Prompt and very good at suggesting dishes. The food was hot, fresh and really delicious. HOWEVER, when they took us to our original table it was not wiped down and had crumbs and drink spilled on the table. I asked to be moved to a clean table. Then, where they sat us, you could clearly see dust bunnies and cobwebs coming from the decor right next to our table on the shelf. Thats why the decor photos are included. The restroom had over flowing trash and needed serious attention. Hopefully the kitchen area is cleaner than the dining areas and restrooms.

Excellent customer service! The restaurant closes at 10 as do many in Kokomo. My flight was delayed multiple times Kokomo at 9:45. I ran into the restaurant hoping to order two salads. One for dinner and one for lunch the next day work. Trying to be respectful of the time I asked them if they could take the order. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she had a big smile on her face and said of course. She took my order as a co-worker said she would start the salads. Everyone was so helpful! The manager had a conversation with me about my flight delays and rushing to get to the restaurant on time. Everyone who helped me was patient and provided great customer service! And, of course, the salad was delicious! I’m visiting the area for work and I will be back!

Char is absolutely amazing!!! She deserves all the praise for being the best serve we have ever had. She is so sweet and kind and always one step ahead. Never needed refills on anything. She anticipates every single need and she has such a wonderful positive attitude. One beautiful soul inside and out. We ordered soup, salad, spaghetti and meatballs, two kids crispy chicken Alfredo with broccoli and chicken margarita. Only downside the chicken for the margarita was super over cooked. The rest of the food was flavorful and juicy. It was a very enjoyable lunch.

Overall I really like Olive Garden. The service today was very good. Our server was great, he came and asked how we were doing multiple times and when we asked for a box for our leftover salad he offered to just get us a fresh one. I got the seafood Alfredo, the shrimp and scallops were super tender and tasty. Overall out trip was awesome. Olive Garden is definitely my favorite sit down chain restaurant.
