WOW! I use to love Panera but boy has it took a nose dive.. No greeting upon entrance- that’s different. No matter. Since I didn’t see anyone at the front, I used the kiosk. No big deal. I ordered the soup and sandwich cause I wasn’t feeling my best and just wanted something quick and tasty. I added the cheese to my tuna sandwich for a slight up charge, no big deal. And a Tomato soup to compliment it. I ordered and was in and out fairly quickly. However, when I got into my car and opened my sandwich… I found bread, tomato, onion and cheese.. but not even a full scoop of tuna… How disappointing, all around. Do better Panera.

The nasty attitude was just too much, there was no welcome to Panera bread, I put my order on the kiosk which is fine. The text came to my phone that my order was ready, the lady said the name of my smoothie but not my name, well that’s fine. When I grabbed my smoothie and the bag that was with it thinking it’s my food; the lady looked at me like she would snatch it from me if she could. I quickly apologize and she just walked away after deadly staring me down and didn’t say anything.

I paid over $45 for an order via the app. The drivers were consistent. Sandwich and chips were missing. I called the store; the manager on day was immediately antagonistic with me. She suggested a voucher after a while; when I said that wasn’t enough she screamed “well I can’t help you” then terminated the call. I called an Uber(about $13 just to get there, $13 to get back) to the store to ensure i get partial refund, I turned in the order. I feel like the manager could have handled the order in a professional manner without terminating the call. I called back 3times, no answer. If this is food service I would rather starve to death in a shallow grave. serious

Extremely dirty and gross bathroom specially considering the pandemic. They are supposed to be cleaning more, not less. Also the worker with the red and black braids with the EarPod in her ear was rather rude. She was on her phone leaning against the counter when I first walked into the bathroom and then when I finally had to interact with her she had a very rude tone as if I was bothering her. They forgot my soda with my Togo order. I had to ask for the cup. For being in what I consider a more put together area of SLW this restaurant is sloppy. A free 3 months of copy won’t even make me come back here. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went back and ordered an ice coffee for the unlimited coffee and it wasn’t ready when it said it was so I waited thinking they were brining it out and they never did. I finally said something to the manager and she asked what my order was but by then it wasn’t even worth waiting for. I won’t be coming back here, ever. Out my money and an iced coffee.

Overpriced lunch for two $35!! The staff was no help as we struggled to order from kiosk. Asked several times for assistance but *Fabiana ” too busy chatting with coworkers. This is our second and last time to patronize this place. The steak and cheese sub had horseradish on it didn’t ask for. The corn soup was good and my salad was good none GREAT! There are so many other places to choose from which we will do going forward. Hubby wanted glass of water not bottled but it was not an option on the kiosk! Not sure how you stay in business with poor help and only.good food.

Rather than complaining, I will give some suggestions. Greet, offer help and if the task is more important say thank you for your patience when you are able to get to the person waiting and thank every customer!! If employees do not know better spend some time coaching and treat the employees well. Most of them seem unhappy 🙁
