Have pretty much just been using online ordering and express pickup for bagels. Orders on 90 percent of the time have been correct and ready on time. Things have been good enough that I keep coming back for my bagels!

We enjoyed the citrus chicken salad, Thai coconut soup, a green goddess Cobb salad and the chicken frontega sandwich… Everything was so freshly made and full of flavor! We also had shortbread cookies and iced coffee to go! I highly recommend this Trinity location! ☺️

We ate at the Mitchell Ranch Plaza, Trinity Fl location and I have to say the service and store was terrible. After leaving I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, Mikayla, about the following…The staff was very loud chatting with each other – I was told that this is a common complaint. The chicken noodle soup bread bowl that I ordered was less than 1/2 full…I brought it back up and was told that it was soup in a bread bowl, that’s what happens…I said that there was hardly any of the contents of the soup and I was told that it was bread, like a sponge, she could fill it back up but the same thing would happen, (side note, this was Mikayla, the manager who schooled me on bread absorption), when we were finished with our meal, I asked for boxes and was told that they didn’t have any boxes for the hoagies, and was handed a piece of paper to wrap it in..no bag or anything…just paper and a sticker if we wanted one. Mikayla explained that they didn’t have boxes and that was out of her control but she has had complaints about that before as well. While we were there, the music kept going up and down in volume so between the loud conversation that the staff was having and the music the entire visit wasn’t really what we were expecting after working all day and coming in for a bite to eat on a Monday afternoon.

This restaurant is barely cleaned and they take forever to prepare an order on account of how slow their employees are. Every time I come here, everybody looks like a new hire. This time, the young lady at the front counter didn’t know any of their soups, couldn’t answer a question about any of their other foods, and forgot to give us a buzzer for our food so we waited way too long. We got charged for an extra meal (2 meals for $40). Instead of half a sandwich and soup, we were charged for two separate meals; the soup and a full sandwich. If they could retain their employees and not have to keep training new ones, I’m sure this wouldn’t happen. Management needs help.

Lunch time, was ready quickly. Ordered a Pick Two… Mac & Cheese and Smokehouse chicken. Changed the sandwich and ordered bbq on the side, was made correctly! And of course the Mac and Cheese speaks for itself. Only gave it a 4 for service as there are no signs pointing to where the pick up shelves are and I requested utensils, none were provided. No napkins either. I discovered it before I left the parking spot, so what could have been an inconvenience wasn’t an issue for me.

First off, I love being able to order with the touch screen stations they’ve added. No buzzer just listen for your name. For health reasons, I cannot have gluten. Brutal since Panera makes the finest bread. I ordered a salad and they’ve changed their policies to include special handling for customers with food allergies. Even though I was dining in, they packaged my salad individually for less exposure to gluten. It was so simple to add the dressing myself, close the lid and shake it up to distribute the dressing! BONUS! I miss their bagels, bread, muffins, and desserts… Oh my!
