I haven’t been to a Panera restaurant in a few years. But the food was still great in a different city.
I had the 1/2 & 1/2: a warm sandwich with tender chicken, cheese and yummy avocado. I also had the warm tomato soup. For a side, I enjoyed a slice of bread and a diet Pepsi.
Definitely a quiet restaurant with an attentive staff at the counter.
However, as a food server of 20 years, and I dislike paying here because it (debit card machine) immediately asks for a 20% tip automatically just to take my order. Come on folks, I will tip when service deserves it, not when you demand it and MAKE me deselect the tip option.
I cannot see saving corporate greed their money by them demanding that I fund their employees who are just doing their job — a non-tipped position. If I tip the order-taker, then that would logically mean I would tip every single encounter at any venue. From the Publix bakery to the popcorn server at a movie theater to the tire guy at Pepboys.

Ordered at the in-store kiosk with virtually no customers is the store for take out. Steak and wake sandwich and ham egg and cheese sandwich. The picture below is what I got. 2 egg and cheese with no meat. At $7 a sandwich to not put meat on 2 sandwiches is poor service.

I absolutely love Panera Bread but today my husband picked up two sandwiches I ordered online and as I was eating mine halfway through there was a hair in my sandwich. My favorite sandwich too. Ugh… I did call and the manager apologized and gave me a refund. Which im thankful for.

I’ve gone to this Panera for years, I’m super patient with the food industry because I get it can get busy. I have ordered ahead of time through the app and still haven’t waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru line just about every single time. The last time I was there I waited 15 minutes and the order was wrong. I’m not sure if it’s management or poor work moral but the efficiency for timing needs to be better. This isn’t a time occurrence, it’s every time at this location no matter the time of day.

Ordered two hot lattes and they were delivered ice cold. Pretty upsetting. This Panera has gone way downhill over past several years. I have had multiple occasions waiting in the drive through for a ridiculous amount of time. The quality of their food has decreased, the sandwiches are usually made real sloppy, and the price for the value of the food is not worth it.

Went through drive through and it was more of a park through. I ordered a pick two and I waited an entire 40 mins with only one other person in line. When I got my food my sandwich was cold AND burnt, with the wrong bread (u guys are Panera bread and u don’t know bread?) and the soup was absolutely watered down, broccoli cheddar literally taste like butter mixed with water and broccoli. The only positive was the front window woman was very nice and apologized for the wait.

Greeted counter person with a smile and good morning greeting, and got no response.
Returned dirty knife for clean one…none were available. Asked to have my cinnamon roll to be heated up, and was told the microwave was under the coffee urns. So I stood on my head to heat up the roll. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. When I spend $39.00 for breakfast I expect cleanliness, friendliness, and quality service.
I eat at Panera Restaurants around the country, this was the absolute worst experience ever at a Panera, and the first negative review I’ve ever written on a restaurant. It was BAD!

I went in to this location at 7:38 in the morning this Saturday. When I got there to order a Baker’s Dozen they only had three choices of bagels to choose from asiago everything and wheat. I was a bit upset. The girl said that bagel should be coming out soon. When she asked I believe the manager on duty he said they should be ready in an hour. I think it is pretty bad knowing a Saturday is going to be busy and such an early time in the morning to be out of bagels is ridiculous. I’m in town visiting and wanted to get bagels for my family here. Unfortunately, you lost my business as I ended up going over to Publix when speaking with my sister who lives here she said that this location always runs out of bagels or at least the ones that they are able to eat that do not have seeds. Poor preparation for a weekend day!

Panera bread Company is one of my go to when I’m traveling for coffee, and meetings on zoom. The staff at this Panera bread company was excellent… The Wi-Fi sucked… It dropped every 20 minutes or so and I had to reconnect my zoom groups.
