First time customer and I most assuredly will be back. The lady that took my order was so pleasant and cheerful, believe her name is Shannon. The manger on duty makes you feel welcome and is very pleasant as well. Keep it up! Will definitely be back!!

Always a sure bet, Panera was the perfect place to stop for late lunch with grandkids. There is something on the menu for everyone and service is good. They ran out of bread bowls (rare occurrence) so they gave my daughter a bowl of soup so she could eat with the rest of us (party of six that included 2 bread bowl orders), and then they gave her a bread bowl to go. It was a small gesture but the type of courtesy that makes you feel welcome and wanting to come back.

Hardest Working Managers Ever! Corporate Office should reward their efforts. Very busy place; but Panera quality & experience maintained. Great opportunity for corporate to recognize and maybe use this location for future – regarding focus on lots of customers at peak time and aging population if local area (interstate traffic stop for lunch/dinner as well as planned community if Lakewood Ranch close by, and Sarasota community at large patronizing this area for stores and services. Again / thank you outstanding Managers, Ymani & Dinesh.

We keep trying to see if the food gets better, but it gets worse. We spent $74.00 on food that two of the salads had frozen chicken and two of the chicken sandwiches also had frozen chicken. The soup was lukewarm. The only thing that half way decent was the smoothie. Save your money and seek a better restaurant. We won’t be back

I love walking in here early in the morning. I’ve tried a lot of stuff on the menu but their chai tea latte is a cut above the rest. I usually pair it with a lightly buttered toasted asiago cheese bagel. Within 4 mins I get my order. This place is so clean and the smell of pastries and breads just hits you as you entered. This is probably one of the only chain restaurants I keep going back to.

If your looking for an easy breakfast, brunch or lunch this is a good place to try. Their breads and bagels are excellent. They offer a good selection to choose from with a half soup, salad or sandwich option available.

The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. We got a coffee while we waited for our lunch to come out and the coffee was pretty good. It took awhile for the food, but the food was deletions. This location is a little hidden but tons of parking. There is also outdoor seating.
