It’s 1030 in the morning on June 15, 2023. I went inside to the local Panera Bread in Sarasota Florida on University UTC Benderson Park to get a frozen caramel cold brew drink. They told me they didn’t have any one to make the drink and still charged me And gave me a frozen strawberry drink instead, I was highly disappointed and will never come back. And I recommend nobody else go back either if they’re going to give nothing but bad customer service.

My mother and I stopped after shopping for some lunch. We decided to dine in. The young lady that took our order was more interested in world affairs than us. That really became apparent when I picked up our food when our number was called and there were 2 sandwiches on each of our plates. Just a side note, when we were asked about our side preference, we were told; baguette or apple chips. CRAZY!!!!!!!!! We ordered sandwiches. We both ate and we’re not impressed with the quality. I’ve eaten at Paneras many times in the past. We took our leftovers home and I decided to eat my sandwich tonight. I include a photo of the inside of my sandwich. There is enough Turkey there for a small child. With the price of these sandwiches; I ask, what the hell. Please help me to understand how any of this is professional.

We always drank coffee in this Panera delirium and enjoyed good coffee. This time the coffee was disgusting. This is not coffee, but slop. Just hot water, slightly tinted. I hope it was by accident. I won’t come again!

Ordered hot tea. Water is barely warm. Checked coffee containers. 2 of those ice cold, one is barely warm. Really??? Bread that came with my soup had a tint of chlorine. First visit. Would be the last visit. Do not recommend

All of the Staff at Panera Bread are friendly and always have my order ready. One day the internet was down and they got it taken care of right away. The best service in all Sarasota and Bradenton combined. And Naples Panera needs to send their staff to Cattleman for training. Marian is amazing manager.
