I ordered through the Panera app and got delivery. When I received the order which was a green goddess salad there was a muddy stick in my food ! Does no one do a quality check before they package up the food ?? Obviously I didn’t eat it. It was inedible, clearly. Not going to order from this Panera ever again.

Had a little time before work, so I decided to head into panera for the pick 2. It’s been a long time since I’ve been here!

A sandwich should be the most simple thing to make yet they can’t even achieve that. They used a whole bottle of mayonnaise for HALF of a sandwich. I have never gone to this Panera and had a good experience. Save your money and go to the Panera on University. It’s Sooo much better.

Extremely unimpressed!! I would give minus stars if I could. It’s a ripoff! First and last time I will eat there. Not to mention all those kids hanging out waiting on parents after school and traffic there. Complete disappointment. Food thrown together and tasteless. Horrible experience.

Sadly this place is going downhill, from a nice clean and classy place to a dumpster. My sandwich came with a rotten tomato, I order something to go too and when I got to the car the bear claw was missing, I came back and the manager was throwing away the bread (it was almost closing time) I asked her to give me something with a similar price, but she got an attitude like I was asking for free….for sure she doesn’t have qualifications to be a manager, what a joke of customer service! You eat much better at McDonald’s

Place is quite smelly (mold, musky old dish washer smell). Tables aren’t regularly cleaned so you have to do it yourself. Apart from that the food was good, service quick and complete. The place is fairly quiet and never too crowded. If it weren’t for the smell, it would be an ideal place to chat over food or coffee or get some work done using the free wifi. Bathrooms available.

This location is great! I love to go in often for the ship club and get a free drink and grab a bagel in the morning grab a sandwich for lunch. The staff usually very nice , don’t go around the hours of noon to 4 if you don’t want to deal with a whole cafeteria full of high schoolers.
