I ordered a You Pick 2 for pickup on July 29 which included a Goddess Cobb Chicken salad and a Roast Turkey BLT. The sandwich was great but the salad had disgusting, slimy, black avocado pieces and the greens were wet leaving a puddle in the bottom of the container. I called them and the manager apologized and offered a coupon for replacement of the You Pick 2. I finally got it in the mail and it was for a free beverage only. So sad; I thought Panera was better than this. No integrity, waning quality. Won’t be back.

I had been looking for a proper loaf of sourdough bread for a while to make a particular sandwich. I was direct to Panera and was fortunate to find they had exactly what I needed, albeit a bit pricey. Now, I stood at the counter looking at the different baked goods for several minutes while I listened to two employees talk about their personal adventures without even so much as giving me a first look. Not the customer service I would have expected from Panera. Managers, take note.

I used the kiosk to order. This location is my favorite. Normally the baguette is warm which I love ❤️. This visit is wasn’t, baguette was cold. I pulled it into pieces and added it to my hot soup. Always good here, never any mishaps. Warm bread does make a huge difference. Thank you!!!

We ordered through the kiosk for eat in and there was a problem paying. We got pretty frustrated and eventually had to go order at the counter. However, the manager on duty was very apologetic and gave us a pastry ring as PR. He was very helpful and turned a stressful, annoying experience into a positive one.

I only stopped in for a pickup so didn’t have time to really watch service quality but what I did see was quite good. For food I am picky about how noticeable the vegetables ate in chicken teriyaki, and would have liked them more noticeable. I have zero complaints and a good few compliments for atmosphere.

Worst place ever!!! Had 4 people order food, and all of it had hair in the food. Got a full refund for it. The manager told me this place has a no hairnet policy. That’s wrong and not sanitary. All the workers have long hair too. Won’t ever eat here again.
