Consistent as usual. My meal was adequate. My wife complained that there was maybe a teaspoon of chicken salad on her sandwich. Pricey for what we had. Don’t usually go to Panera because it’s just as I said, kinda just adequate.

Panera still has the higher quality fast food . They always have good flavor profiles and a good selection. A little more expensive but you can taste the quality. It’s a good occasional stop where I don’t have to feel like I’m feeding the kids trash . $56 to feed 4 with two being small kids so it’s not cheap but I don’t believe people should be eating out all the time for to cost anyway so for me I like it .

I’m not one to leave a bad review anywhere I go but after 4 visits in a row of either having my food order wrong, missing items or missing toppings, I feel like its needed. The last 4 times we have gone to this location we have had, Missing sandwich twice in a row, missing soup and no chicken on a salad once and then a completely wrong order where we must have received someone else’s food entirely. We love getting Panera with soups and sandwich’s but after so many issues, I’m not sure I can convince my wife to go anymore.

My daughter and i Ordered a couple of soups and sandwiches ate went home in less than 30 minutes we both got violently ill plus the people who work there are not welcoming and very rude. They seem lost and not very competent. We are done with panera. Manager doesn’t have any customer service skills either. Hygiene concern as well. Employees not using gloves or hairnets. The tables are dirty the carpet needs replacement i can go on and on and forget the drive through they are slow, rude and you will always get cheated with always something missing or bowls of soups halfway.

This place has gone down hill. It is filthy and the quality of the food is below mid and unfortunately the people that work there are miserable and rude. The drive-through is even worse. They also choose who they are pleasant to. I use love panera. I choose to go elsewhere, somewhere where it’s Clean and Associates are pleasant.

Food is good, bakery is great! Service is usually quick and accurate, but sometimes you can get lost in the orders. I’ve had to remind them my food was sitting behind them, even though my order says ready, somebody just places it behind the person finishing the orders. They need to work on their communication. But they’re friendly and always working hard! Their coffees can be a challenge also, had grinds in it a few times and the strength and flavor fluctuates! But I still come back a few times a week!

I walked in and the front counter alone made me walk out. It was filthy and the person in the front wasn’t friendly. The bake goods didn’t look fresh. I walked over to chick filet much cleaner and the staff is super friendly.

So disappointed coming through drive thru. Ordered pick 2- smoke house BBQ sandwich and autumn squash soup. Looks like they are low on chicken and fixing cause .y half sandwich was over toasted with minimal meat and a sprinkle of onions. Are they only using a tablespoon of meat now…? I also didn’t get the baguette bread for my soup. Very disappointed.

Hygiene Concern at Winter Haven Location
Dear Panera Bread Customer Service,
I am an experienced infection control nurse and would like to bring to your attention a serious hygiene concern I observed today around 2:00 PM at your Winter Haven store. Before placing my order, I went to use the restroom and noticed an older woman employee in a dark hoodie and apron, wearing black sneakers, enter a stall. I observed that after using the toilet, she flushed but did not wash her hands either inside or outside the stall.
Due to this, I left the store and did not place an order. As a professional in infection control, I find this behavior unacceptable, as proper handwashing is essential for food safety and public health. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that appropriate measures can be taken immediately.
