GREAT FOOD, A BIT PRICEY AND SERVICE WAS SLOW.
The place was quaint and bustling. We had the sausage appetizer and I had the seafood stew. Delicious!
The waitress was slow getting back to us for drinks and it felt like the dinner stalled at times.
All said and done it’s a good spot.

What a great place! The Portuguese sausage was so delicious, as well as the bread. Our entrees were delicious also, my husband had the steak and I had the seafood in a red sauce with some saffron rice. My only disappointment was that the Tres leches cake was still frozen so couldn’t have any. Great service, so friendly!

So happy for finding this place, if you’re looking for a great atmosphere, good sangria and amazing food you found it! Must try the ceviche mixto, the octopus here is so tender. Other options are the mixed seafood plates, unfortunately we haven’t had great meet options. The Brazilian steak is good but easy to over cook

Came in to check out the place and food. Got good service but I can say less for the food. Even though in the pictures looked good, the taste wasn’t that great. The appetizer was definitely frozen and not fresh shrimp and over cooked. As for the Paella , the rice was too salty, the mussels and shrimp and the scallops again were over cooked as for the lobster ( for those that do t know, if you see green inside, don’t eat that! It has been cooked prior and warmed up in hot water(cooked again), that’s how you get food poisoning. I had that in the lobster but I removed it before I could eat what ever was left from that lobster.
The meat in that dish was not even seasoned, just salté and that was it. No glamour besides salty .
The staff was nice and caring but the food was just not to Portuguese standards that usually is held up to. I won’t be taking any friends or family here, waste of my money and time.

If your looking for portuguese cuisine this is the best place in Philadelphia at the moment. The service up stairs in the dining room is great but down stairs at the bar tables can take a while if they are short staffed (lunch) BUT…
The food is AWESOME! If you looking for a dish that bursts with flavor on every bite get the Frango a Pasarinho and add their homemade piri piri sauce with a side of yellow rice and french fries!
I could eat this everyday!

Had a wonderful expert here. I had been to Portugal and thought the food was great. The food here seemed very authentic. The CHOURICO ASSADO was just like in Portugal including the presentation. We had Paelha as the main entree which was fantastic.

A delightful experience! The servers were friendly and attentive, our meal was fresh and delicious, and the presentation of each dish was beautiful. We had the shrimp in garlic sauce as an appetizer and shared the seafood paella, followed by mousse for dessert. We’ll definitely return!

i had to put my review i ordered stuff salmon with stuff crab meat and fried plantains they brought out two pieces of salmon with a side of what look like frozen stuffing sitting on top of one piece of salmon when we ask for manager I,m assuming he was the manager he said we have always cook it that way the plantains were hard we couldn,t eat them we literally couldnt enjoy the food how can you get plantains wrong horrible, as i was leaving with my crowd we were so dissatified with the food and service the place was not clean never coming back dont waste your time horrible don,t care for customers. no wonder there is no wait. I should have taken pictures. put a one star cause i couldnt post my remarks without it but that star doesn,t apply.
