I was in town working and I really enjoyed taking my breaks at this Panera Bread. The delivery guys are good folks (hi Hans!), the workers are kind, and the regulars in Coral Gables are a really great little community. It felt safe, had nice air conditioning, and clean bathrooms.

Extremely poor service. Five people working, lady behind register took a large bowl of fruit and walked away letting us stand there for over 5 minutes. Tried to get someone to help, but was told to use the app to order. There was no coffee (dark and light roast), and was told it would be another 15 minutes for coffee to brew. Not sure if strawberries and blueberries in oatmeal were washed.

Poor service. Expresso was cold, capresse sandwich was kust arugula with bread. I ordered 2 You pick 2 and was charged for two full sandwiches and 2 soups, of course, when I noticed the mistake when receiving the food was too late and couldn’t be bothered at this point to return it and request a refund.

Good soup! Also a guy outside returned a pair of sunglasses to me that I had dropped. I don’t even know how I dropped them and they’re my favorite glasses! I’m so happy to have them back. He wasn’t an employee but I still thought it was pretty cool.
