This Panera is meticulously run and the GM, Michael, makes sure the food, ambiance and service is top notch. We have been to many Paneras but the minute Michael came outside to open the sun shades for us and wipe down the tables, we were impressed. He continued to exceed our expectations when he got all 7 sandwiches correct and offered to change out a drink when we weren’t satisfied with the temperature of our coffee. Location is also perfect, in the Whole Foods parking lot.

The Jacksonville Beach Panera is one of the most comfortable well organized and best tasting Panera sandwich shops in America. as a level 7 reviewer with Google I travel all throughout the United States and this is probably the best Panera. it’s just been redesigned and looks beautiful. The chairs are comfortable there’s lots of room for seating. Michael the general manager does it get great job of making sure everyone is pleased with their order. I highly recommend coming here after a day at the beach

Worse Panera I have eaten at in quite a while. The sandwich was all bread with barely any meat or cheese. It also tasted funny. I could only eat half before I tossed the rest. The tab was $16 for the sandwich, a small chips and a large drink. I feel ripped off.

The place was very clean, the menu had a good selection, my only problem was the price and quantity of my meal just wasn’t $13.00. My wife enjoyed her meditation sandwich very much but my chicken sandwich left a lot to be desired, and when they say chips, there’s like 15 to a bag which is kind of a joke if you ask me.

I am a regular at this establishment. This is the cleanest Panera I’ve ever been to! The employees are friendly and always go out of their way to say hello to me. The Manager, Michael, takes a lot of pride in the store and it shows!! They make the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches!! I especially love the young man named Anthony, that usually takes my order. He is so sweet and professional.

Of all the Panera locations, this one is my very favorite. The employees are the friendliest, the store is the cleanest, they are never out of coffee/cream/sugar, etc. & I can always get in and out quickly. As a member of the Sip Club, all these things are important b/c I go frequently for my coffee & green tea. Highly recommend be a patron at this location.
