I ordered the Frontega chicken, which was good and made correctly. However, I ordered 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar soup but was given 2 cups of Mac and cheese instead. This was a delivery order so no way to fix it. Also very disappointed that you can no longer order baguette as a side.

I don’t like the new management in this specific Panera Bread, I used to enjoy coming in here allot but now I feel that management really don’t know how to treat people. Don’t get it wrong I understand how they feel about allot of the homeless people coming in and yes some of them can be pretty not there but not all of them are like that, there are just some of those individuals who has just been down on there luck and these people are still human beings and they should be treated as such and I also be overhearing all the gossip and all the jokes that employees be saying and making of these individuals and I don’t be liking it all because these people are still human beings and you don’t know what these people are going through internally.

Past few experiences here haven’t been great. The kiosks used to order the food regularly break, and the last few time’s I’ve been to this location I’ve had to change my order multiple times because certain key ingredients are out of stock (like bread for a sandwich). Somehow they’ve run out of the French Baguette side piece of bread on multiple occasions. The restaurant is clean and food is made quickly but I probably won’t go back to this location for a while.

3 stars because when they get your order correct, it’s great food. SO Often not the case, sadly. If they give you the wrong order or if it’s delivered late and you complain, they don’t give you a refund but offer a credit, ensuring you have to pay again for another possibly bad delivery. Trust me when I say I’m surprised when my order is correct!

I have always loved Panera but today I was eating my soup (not paying attention) and choked on plastic. It was a pretty big piece of plastic and it seemed like it was melted together in places. I ate 1/2 of the soup before I realized there was plastic in it so I’m nervous as to how many small pieces I might have eaten before that. We have been to this location several times since it has outdoor seating and we can bring our dog. For at least the last 3 times we’ve gone there have been homeless people at the tables taking up spots we would like to sit. Their stuff is everywhere, and even when some of them leave, the leave their stuff on the tables, I guess to “reserve” them. It’s now trashy looking, unsanitary, and more importantly no longer feels safe for my family and I. It’s a shame that this hasn’t been addressed by the management, I guess we’ll have to find other dining options.

The food was ok, quite pricey, however the dinning area was dirty, tables not wiped, floor (carpet) was dirty, not swept, dishes piled on top of trash container. the service was fast, soup was hot ,bread was ok, no staff present at front counter, two food preps in the back. probably won’t go back.

I’ve ordered pick up from this location several times, they regularly get my simple salad order wrong, Greek salad no tomatoes, today I got Ceasar dressing with it which I did not want or order, I wanted the Greek dressing that comes on the Greek salad. Last time I just got a complete Ceasar salad, when my receipt clearly said Greek salad. Check your orders before you leave.
