Great service, great food. Very friendly service. Clean tables and restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious. Served quickly. Bread was fresh baked and very good. Love the lemonade choices. Hot teas and coffees available too! Like the option to order through self checkout. Lots of seating, awesome location.

Nobody was at the counter so I had to use the self service kiosk. My name was never called and I only got a text that my food was ready and I had to pick it up myself. I got soup in a bread bowl and my wife got a salad. There was about half a ladle of soup in the bread bowl about 4 bites worth and it was incredibly tiny. This place is terrible. It’s a brand new location after it moved out from the shopping center to a stand alone location. The meal cost 25 dollars and it wasn’t worth it at all. I’d have paid 3 bucks for this bowl . Don’t come here. They don’t care. The inside is terrible, it’s super bright and the seating is bad. There’s a large bench in the middle and some tables and booths around the side with no privacy. I could hear everyone’s private conversations which I really didn’t need to hear. Also some guy was arguing with his wife who was working in the back.

Went to this new location and was very disappointed. My wife and I walked in and the place smelled like a sewer. Open concept works great in a house but not in a resteraunt. You feel like you are eating in a high school cafeteria. The food was good and that’s why I gave it two stars but the new location is a no go for me.

Delivery was garbage. Made an online order for over $100, wife hit the wrong digit when putting in the address and didn’t notice it till after purchase. Called, and was advise they can’t do anything except cancel your order so you can reorder. Okay, inconvenience, but whatever. Even debated not ordering Panera after that but the wife isn’t feeling good and wanted the cheddar broccoli soup.

I have been dining at this Panera for the past 11 years with very little complaints. I went in today for the grand opening of the new location. Food was good as always. I was highly disappointed with the design of the new location. It now consists of a giant large room, tall ceilings, all tile, extremely noisy with nothing to break up the sound. You can hear conversations 4 tables away, metal chairs clanking and everything taking place in the kitchen and front counter. With the bright lights its like eating dinner in a gymnasium. To have any sort of meeting, I would probably prefer to drive to the Orange Park location. Very disappointing…

All food good except this sandwich that had very little meat. I’m sure this is not standard.

First time I had been to Panera in a long time. Food was alright. The staff was friendly. I was still hungry when I left the restaurant. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. There was not much chicken on it and they gave me the smallest apple I think they had. The price wasn’t too bad, that being said, taking into consideration I still had to stop somewhere else to get something to eat it was expensive. I probably won’t go back.

New store in Oakleaf. Came for dinner with the kids and tables and chairs were dirty. No one coming by to wipe them down. You could barely hear them call your name and the text message saying the food was done was out well after they called your name. When ordering they were out of baguettes and the option the kids and I chose were chips. When the food was done the lady said they were out of chips and bread. The only option was an apple. I really just wanted to leave but the kids were hungry. Luckily they found a baguette and gave it to us.
