Excellent customer service. At the counter terminal. Manger Excellent, I asked the cook a simple question, she was absolutely rudeness, otherwise did not listen. Was up set! She prepared the food items. Thankfully. The store manager was at hand. Otherwise, I love Panera Bread, and I will still go.

This place needs people who take their job seriously. Nobody here can get a simple order right, this is like the 11x I’m having my order made wrong in 4months. Nobody pays attention and Nobody is polite enough. This is the only location with this issues. It’s going to be my last time ever walking into this location, hope cooperate look into this. Sasah and Sarah needs coaching and doesn’t deserve to be Managers for this store. Panera is loosing so many businesses in this location. My bank will never use this location again for any of our bank refreshment for our associates and team members.
