Quick, friendly. I like the self-serve options at Panera. I get anxiety sometimes, standing in line, not knowing what I want, so being able to order in the app is great, and one can order for there. The staff at this location is friendly and helpful. I also really enjoy that this store has a drive thru… as much as I enjoy going inside, this is a great option for weekdays.

Awesome staff! Only 4 stars because part of my order was incorrect. But not to an inconvenient level. Basically a latte wasn’t iced like I had ordered. Instead it came to me hot. But that is a mistake that I can understand. Service made up for it.

First, the soup I wanted they didn’t have. Then the second choice they didn’t have. Once we get our soup we discover they have no bread. Panera Bread ain’t got bread y’all. So they give us a little bag of chips. So I have chicken noodle soup and a small bag of chips. I could have stayed home and opened a can of Progresso and had as good. I basically had a ten dollar bowl of soup. When my wife said it would have been nice for them to have told us there was no bread the guy in the back started laughing. Even the girl upfront was embarrassed by the way he acted. That’s really what did it for us. No more Panera “Bread” for us.

The breakfast and lunch options are delicious. Very much NOT fast food, but they do prepare it quickly for you to pick up on a tray (with real silverware). I rarely make it past the bakery case without succumbing to temptation – it is sooooo good. I enjoy meeting colleagues and clients in the open dining room. The WiFi is excellent! And, the coffee club is a heck of a deal at $8.99 a month (I think it is $12.00 a month to join now).
