I have never gone to this location, and it will be my last. I placed a to go order online. I walked in and saw this giant cookie, so I stood almost 5 minutes before the cashier showed up. She did not greet me-that was odd. So I ordered and picked up my to go order and left. My to go order was a tomato soup, which was extremely hot like somebody put it in the microwave, or they adjusted it to high temperatures because I almost burned my mouth. The giant cookie was $5 and was not worth it. It was cold and tasted not as fresh-like $5 dollar worthy. Overall, Panera is expensive, but I like this restaurant – just not a fan of this location.

There were a couple of issues with my order(maybe it’s because the drive through speaker sucks, so communication is difficult lol) so I had to go inside to fix it. Megan(between 5-6pm 7/3) quickly acknowledged me and resolved my issue. She was super sweet. Fantastic customer service.

A shout-out to this Panera for always being amazing even when it seems they’re short staffed and stressed they always provide me with great food and service. I’ve been to this Panera many times this year, I’ve lost track. I’ve had experiences where I ordered something through the app but the delivery driver didn’t follow through with all the items, I’ve had experiences with ordering cookies they didn’t have and not realizing, and every time something happens I am met with kindness and gratitude.

I had ordered from the app. The DoorDash person was just completely horrible. After about 50minutes he called and all he could say was he was sorry and they said to call. I do not know what that meant, but I was extremely disappointed when I never received my food. I called Panera and this really wonderful girl had fixed the situation quickly. . I didn’t get her name but I wanted to let her now she didn’t let me go hungry and I appreciate that. you are an angel! When DoorDash is a fail, Panera Bread isn’t thanks to this young lady!

2 different occasions… bathroom stall locked with no one inside. And then, a different trip, no toilet paper. As per health inspections with the State, a restaurant MUST have a working bathroom for customers. Some customers have disabilities. It’s a shame this establishment thinks they are above the law… sounds like a matter of time to me. Just sayin…
