Nice atmosphere. Rude and no smiles from staff. Had to wait at front for a while while cashier played on computer around the corner. Staff member even told her someone’s at the front. She looked at me then went back to the computer.

I walk in and waited for a couple minutes and no one came to the front to service me then when I asked if they were open screaming to back. The girl had an attitude as if I was bother her and said yes we are open, i will be with you when i get a chance. All the employees were in the back talking.. I just walked out. They need new workers or management.

HORRIBLE, i waited 30min for something i pre-ordered and expected it be brought to my car. Not the big issue, it only became a problem when i went inside to see what was going on, there was no one in line and the workers ignored shunned and would not even make eye contact but was able to still call for other order completions. I have a lot of tolerance and patience but my tipping point was the unprofessional attitude the whole crew had. One person could of asked what i was there for and situation averted. But i know they can do better.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I have to based on my latest experience with this location. I place large group orders for my company and decided to choose this location for this weeks lunch. I choose delivery as my preference since our associates had to meet work deadlines (including myself). Upon receiving my order, I was missing not one item, not two items, but five! I called the location only to speak to an employee who was rude and mad about me calling for my missing items. I had to drive to the location to pick up the missing items and wasting time in meeting my deadlines. I heard no apology from anyone and will not be ordering from this location ever again.
