Overall, the food here was good (broccoli cheddar soup could’ve been warmer). I have to say though, $37+ tip for 2 half-bowls of soup, one half sandwich, one half salad, 2 ice teas, an apple and an extra portion of a baguette is seriously expensive for what it is and what you get. I mean, this is not “high” cuisine, folks! Where’s this going, really? I can’t imagine how this is affordable for a family of 4 or 5, it’s just ridiculous.

This Panera location has good, nice comfort food. I was so excited on my last visit… they brought back the Cuban sandwich after 6 years roughly? This Panera is cozy, has quick service and is consistent with the Panera brand- you’re getting what you expect from favorite menu items. There aren’t a whole lot of outlets, so if you’re looking to study, come earlier before a breakfast or lunch rush.

Really disappointed with slow service and lack of quality control. I ordered a cheese flatbread and half of a sandwich. It took about 20 mins and I watched the girl burn the sandwich, pull it out of the oven and say “oh no”. Knowing she burnt she still served it to me. I requested it be remade and that also took another 15-20 mins to remake half of a sandwich. The apple we got was also bruised pretty badly.

I feel so bad for the single employee. An older lady was by herself trying to take all the orders. She mentioned that she is the only worker there and that unless it’s an express or online order, she wouldn’t be able to make it. Disappointing but at the same time understandable. I just flew in from Europe yesterday and was excited to use my panera bread gift card that my Us friend got me. So we had to leave. Panera, you need to stop overworking and mistreating your current workers and start hiring. Like all the other companies out there, you might also consider hiring your minimum wage as you know and PTC is quite expensive.

Went there 30 mins before closing, there was this old lady who was very unwelcoming and grumpy! Firstly, we were hungry, and there were still 30 mins left for the restaurant to serve and eat inside, but this lady started saying nothing is available and made us feel the worst service ever. He doesn’t even smile and is so rude to answer additional questions. Im not sure who she is, but this is the worst restaurant that treats customers with less gratitude. Felt so disgusting and uncomfortable! Had a good experience in the past, but this time was so worse!

Kedron Panera used to be one of my favorites. Not sure if it’s the new management or what. But can’t say I’m going to visit again after today. Attached are pics of 2 grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered and was pretty disappointed after unwrapping to find this. French onion soup got thrown in the trash and lady who took my order never smiled and frankly needed to be schooled on customer service. I’m sorry but it was my favorite restaurant and I won’t go back after this visit.

It used to be my favorite location but I don’t know if it’s the new staff or what, but they do the worst job they possibly can. They always forget something and when I make the claim, they “correct” the mistake as bad as possible. For example, they forgot to add the only topping for my pizza, when I told them they put it but only in one corner of it… I was like seriously?

Had a rapid order pickup for half dozen bagels and frozen Carmel drink. Bagels are good but the drink is wrong. Girl tried to hand me up iced coffee drink when I corrected her about how it’s supposed to be the Frozen frappe or whatever she looked at me with a blank stare like do you want me to remake it? Well yeah the correct way. I got it and it was wrong again. Tasted extremely gritty and unsweetened. Nasty as heck. Called customer service about it because the manager said she’ll remake it but it was still wrong. He should have remade it. The other Panera over by AutoZone is no problem it’s great never had a problem and I come here and it’s very unwelcoming. Won’t be back to this location.
