Visited today for quick family meal . Went to counter and waited for 1 min and no one came until some one pointed to go for counter. Ordered Grilled cheese for kids and Kids pizza for dinning . Waited for 5 min and name pronounced for pickup. Taste is good and kids loved both . Overall we are satisfied with dine inside. All are kids in counter so I can’t anticipate quick service as they still learning to work .

I remember Panera being very tasty. Their sandwiches have gotten worse and worse. The broccoli cheese soup is still pretty good, though a bit salty. Dipping the French baguette helps. Their turkey sandwiches are okay but I got the steak and white cheddar and it was really bad. It’s not a good sign when you order a half sandwich and are super glad you didn’t get a whole.

Yo, service was normal buuuuuuut For a franchise, I’d expect enough bread til 4pm. No sub sandwiches at that time. I ordered two sandwiches. One was the smokehouse bbq chicken. Lord it looks like they grabbed the leftover chicken scraps on the floor and cleaned it off and slapped it on. You know when you about to finish a bag of chips and you just feeling crumbs left. Just imagine that with chicken. That looked like some kid just regurgitated a piece of chicken and slapped some sad stringy onions on “glistened” slices of bread. They literally can go to Kroger and buy slices of chicken and passed it as “Panera” worthy. I usually don’t care but it was basically 95% bread, 3%onions, 1.5% cheese, and 0.5% chicken. That’s crazy to the point that I kinda chuckled looking at it.

Just ordered three meals, waited at drive through window for 10 minutes after we paid. Not greeted by the staff. Came home and so disappointed at the poor quality of food that we received. Very reduced amount of Mac and cheese, the sandwich was supposed to be avocado Turkey , and very dried chicken sandwich. All paid for more than 30 dollars. We made frozen pizza afterwards… We’ve been going to this location ever since it opened, and today was the most disappointing day.

You typically only see reviews when something bad happens but this one is to voice the outstanding staff you have at your Johns Creek location. I come here pretty frequently for lunch as I work a few doors down from you. My visit today I came through the drive through and had a pretty lengthy order. Tamara was super sweet with me as I changed part of my order last minute. She took my payment and within a few seconds what I believe to be your manager came to the window and gave me my food. I normally always check the bag but I was completely out of it and noticed when I got back to work that my sandwich was missing. I quickly circled back and came inside as the line for the drive thru had doubled. Upon entry there were several customers waiting to order food so I soon realized i’d be standing in line for quite a while before I was gonna get my sandwich. However whoever was working the register even with the lengthy line she had I think noticed my receipt in my hand and immediately got your manager. She knew exactly why I was there was so apologetic for me having to come back she gave me a cookie from the bakery which absolutely made my day I love your cookies! lol Just wanted to say thank you to her and I wish I could’ve gotten her name but just know your team here is amazing they definitely deserve to be praised! Thank you ladies!

Panera is fantastic, the food is always excellent, and the staff at this location is the best part of the trip. I walked up with a very specific order for my wife and I started stumbling over my words. The lady taking the order handled it quickly – she took my phone and read the order herself. She just handled it for me and I really like that kind of friendliness and familiarity with customers. Love this location and I’ll always be visiting from time to time
