I went to get papaya green tea. The kiosk was having issue taking payment (got it to work after 4th tried). The drink has so much white cloud stuff floating around (never had this problem at other locations). Also, their sweet tea container was so dirty inside had orange stuff stuck on the inside. Will never go to this place again.

I held back to post a bad review, but this time was my last at this location. Sandwich looks like it was stomped on the floor then bagged. Never get forks for my salads. Staff always sits chatting around while customers wait long times for food, especially later in the day. They always run out of multiple ingredients. Sad what has become of Panera in Gwinnett, and it’s the staff, since I visit multiple locations across the US, and many do a great job.

The people were nice. But they don’t keep their drinks filled up. Had to ask the kitchen for a fill. And they aren’t picking up the dirty dishes at the trash cans. I’ve never seen them piled so high at any Panera I’ve ever been too. They’re terribly slow as well. No sense of urgency. The light on the wall next to where I sat was destroyed and all they did was cover the light socket with stickers. That means it’s still hot and could electrocute somebody. That’s a safety hazard. I would avoid this location.

I have other Panera Bread locations that I enjoy going to more. I won’t be back here. I ordered a Margherita pizza and they put some kind of sauce on it that is not supposed to be there. My coffee drink had to have been made in the green tea instead of coffee because it was green on the bottom. It cost almost $4 and I ended up pouring it out. My kids enjoyed their meals which is why it gets 3 stars, but I told them I am not coming back to this location.

I got the half of sandwich and a bowl of soup, smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich and it came with cheese and red onion and broccoli cheddar soup. My soup was good, it wasn’t salty which I appreciated and it had real veggies in it but was just a little too runny. My half of a sandwich was good it was just extremely tiny and had alot less product in it, not as pictured. My husband got the Mac and cheese sandwich and I would not recommend at all. It had some crunchy bread type cheese crackers in it and it was very tiny as well as lacking product, not too tasty and definitely not worth 10 dollars to me. We also got the Chipotle chicken and bacon pizza which was so good but it wasn’t cut so we had to ask for a knife to cut it. They started cutting it and cut a small area but not all the way through ☹ Also a coldbrew coffee which was good but expensive as well for how tiny it was.

I would say this Panera is about as good as all the others. The food is good and worth the price. The seating situation is interesting, almost felt like I was navigating a maze to find a seat. The only downfall to this location is when the employees were calling names for the orders, they would be quiet with it, almost normal conversation loudness. Combined with the music, machines, and other general chatter, I ended up getting my food a little later than I preferred because I didn’t hear my name called. My charged lemonade was good and hyped me up like I wanted. My breakfast sandwich was delicious as well. In the end I will go back if I’m in the mood.

This is my first time order at this location because is only 5 minutes away from my office.I am frustrated and wasted of my lunch time. I ordered online for pickup up and I show up at the store with the time assigned 1:35 but turn out I am seating in my car over an hour without any foods. Luckily, ATL weather is not over 100 degrees. Finally, a call at 2;29 saying some of salad ingredients out of stock and ask if I want to substitute. What’s is the foolish of the service? If you can’t full fill online order ontime, then stop taking the order. I am really upset for late on my meeting and team lunch. This is unacceptable.

Prices are higher than listed, cashier’s don’t seem to understand the registers, beverages have been sitting out for some time, and after waiting ten minutes we were informed (once the rest of the food was ready) that one of our entrees was out of stock. Nice to know that up front. All in all, definitely feels like a location that’s just checked out.

I use to come here often but stopped because the fountain drink machine is ridiculously unkept/nasty. It is evident that it isn’t cleaned or maintained properly. It needs a thorough cleaning. You can tell it doesn’t even get wiped down. People are going to get sick. I can only imagine what’s going on behind the scenes.
