Went to Panera Bread today for the first time. I’m a retired Marketing executive with over 45 years experience working with a wide array of fast casual, quick service and upscale restaurant chains. First of all I was not given any instructions on how to get my order. She said they would call me. Not the case. Second, the place was a mess. Napkins and straw wrappings on the floor throughout. Tables were dirty. I used the restroom and found the trash bin overflowing with towels on the floor. That was my first and last visit to PB

I came in today and just wanted to shout out the girl working up front who put my food together this morning !She was really kind and patient, and when I asked for an extra cup/dressing she was super sweet about it. You can tell she cares about her job and customers. My food came out fast and everything was correct. Great experience overall!

Banera Bread in Snellville is a solid spot for a fresh meal and cozy vibe. The service is usually quick, and the food is consistently good, especially the soups and salads. Great place to catch up or grab a bite while working. Slightly pricey, but worth it.

The soups were very bland. The potatoes in my soup were crunchy. The tea was horrible and tasted old. Bring back the pumps!! Also it was extremely dirty. It literally made me loose my appetite on a meal that wasn’t great to begin with. I wish I could post pictures of the lack of cleanliness. Hair and crumbs on the window seals and head satins on the wall from people sitting in that one chair. It was so gross!

Wow. This used to be a wonderful restaurant. Today’s experience was not.
Ordered a “pick 2” with tap water to drink which came to almost $14. Soup was lukewarm, borderline cold, and the new spicy steak sandwich had little steak, and dripping with too much sauce.
The condition of the restaurant was poor…..trash receptacles were overflowing, dirty plates and bowls were stacked up.
Employees had that “I don’t want to be here look and attitude.” No manager in sight.
Disappointing decline in this restaurant. Not going back.

I ordered a baker’s dozen of bagels and was excited to see a new Asiago Everything option. Since my whole family loves both everything bagels and Asiago bagels, I decided to make half my order this new variety.
Unfortunately, when I got home I realized they weren’t Asiago everything bagels at all — they were bialys. Even more disappointing, they barely had any “everything” topping. On closer inspection, I found maybe two tiny flecks of garlic and no poppy seeds or other traditional everything seasoning whatsoever. My wife summed it up perfectly by calling it a “nothing bialy.”
I’m very glad I only ordered half a dozen of these. I’d strongly recommend that anyone interested in trying the Asiago Everything ask to see them first before ordering. I don’t know if this was a one-off mistake or if this is how they’re normally made, but either way, they were a big letdown.

Been going her off and on for years. It appears the food quality is slipping. Why do I have to toast my sandwich at home after paying you for a toasted sandwich? Please do better….

And why can’t I post a picture of it?

I don’t know why every time I get cinnamon crunch bagel. It never has the topping. All other location don’t have an issue. Very disappointed.

Ordered from door dash but can say absolutely horrible. Got two large Mac and cheese and the small cups the put them in weren’t even half way filled up. Ordered a wild rice and chicken and a cheddar and broccoli soup and got both as cheddar and broccoli. Which I can’t even eat.

Absolutely the WORST bar-b-que I have ever had. The bread was SO hard it nearly cut my lips as I attempted to eat it. The servers left one of the sandwiches on the counter instead of putting it into the bag. We had to go back to get the other sandwich. They need to either hire better or train better. Panera’s menu is pretty simple. Prepping the food correctly should not be rocket-science!
