This is an establishment with some growth opportunities. The last few times I’ve gone in, service Jason been slow and it has been hard to get attention from the employees. Today, we tried drive-thru. We ordered a meal with BBQ sauce and Diet Coke. There was no BBQ sauce when the meal was opened. The beverage was not Diet Coke, but the turnaround time was much faster than going in.

Our daughter went down to get 3 ice cream sundaes and some fries. The sundaes tasted like they had a chemical cleaner in it. The hot fudge was fine, it was the ice cream. We all took maybe two bites and were like no thank you! Really scary thinking something they used to clean the machines could be in the food. Fries were fine. So disturbing and gross!

We just stopped by there for a quick breakfast and enjoyed sausage biscuit and hash brown, Orange juice was perfectly cold and refreshing to drink for a long journey.

By far the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Only issue is that the employees are not all in sync with the specific offers available and sometimes have issues scanning the mobile app deals. The play area for kids is very impressive because every time I have visited it is extremely clean which is unusual for anywhere but specifically a place serving food.

I usually don’t have any problems with our Windsor location but today they couldn’t figure out how to get a Coke fries and chicken nuggets on an in-store order to happen to where the food was left there for 25 minutes and then told me I was at fault.

My family & I come usually our order is not correct. The lady today who took the order did not listen when I clearly stated 3x what I would like to order.
Then getting to the window the lady yelled after I had to tell her I did not want the big breakfast. I mentioned to the lady at the next window how rude she was & she did not even care at all.
She said, “Sorry I will talk to her.” You can tell she was not going to speak with the lady about the situation. Both ladies are very unprofessional & not taking their jobs seriously.
I’m going to contact cooperate about the issue today because it is not okay to continue to have orders messed up & the customer service is awful as well.
Food is always great though so thank goodness for that!

WORST Experience Ever. I ordered online, it was PAID with my credit card & when my hubby went to pick it up, they said there was no order. I sent my hubby the receipt’s , which showed the order number, and PAID IN FULL.

McDonald’s increased their prices 100% compared to other fast food places using Covid as the excuse. And it’s almost like they decided they didn’t have to worry about quality at the same time. Over $11 for a reg hamburger meal with old french fries. I rarely go to McDonald’s now, when I used to go a couple times a week. This just reminded me of why I shouldn’t be coming here their greed and their poor quality. Burger King has better hamburgers and Jack-in-the-Box and Wendy’s have better breakfast at a better price.

Darn I forgot about this place so let me update, quarter pounder didn’t want cheese, french fries were cold and I got a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge apparently extra fudge means cut the amount in half and dab it on the bottom and the top. is is if they tell their employees when they ask for extra how much charge them but don’t give them extra. That’s how we increase our profits. The management at this store put no thought at all the quality control.

I’m not posting a picture because it’s even sadder than you think. I just wanted a quick snack because I was in a hurry.
McDonald’s isn’t that place anymore.
It’s fast, so if cold limp and expensive is your thing, have I got a place for you!
I can go to any sit down restaurant for less money, better service and better food. What is the point of McDonald’s anymore? This used to be somewhere you could grab a quick bite for a little money and it was filling and good. Now it’s $18 for a few fries, burger and drink. Which wasn’t good. My fries were only half full, I asked for a large (you can see the video of me pouring them into my hand and none falling out of my hand on my FB) PLUS they were old, my burger was terrible looking. I hate posting too ugly pics, and this was awful, it looked like i punished my burger, or at least someone did. And it was just a poor QP W/cheese. I hate coming here now. I have tried eating here 3 times before posting anything in the last year. But since this the same each time, I know McDonald’s is just a slippery slope of bad and worse.
