Big disappointment. Went inside to eat and this new location only has ordering on a device. Can’t get what you are used to b/c can’t explain it to anyone. Took 15 minutes for the tiny portion of salad to come out for $15. and there were only a few people there. The other order was a foot long sandwich with stale bread. It wasn’t even cut in half. Will not be going back!

Terrible! Soup bowl was extremely dirty, only noticed after eating half. The bowl had dried previously soup all over the sides. It was loose enough to scrape off with a spoon so I proably ate some of it. Don’t know how kitchen staff could have missed it before serving my soup. Also got the new chicken sandwich, was $11 just for the sandwich, had good toppings but bun and chicken was equivalent to the taste and quality of a chicken sandwich from a gas station. I will not be back to this location

Very slow service. Two orders ahead of us and a 16-minute wait for food after the order was placed. They didn’t necessarily look short-handed in the food prep area either. No counter help at all to help an older man.

I don’t know why they changed the chicken salad recipe. It’s just very soggy chicken with some celery now. WORST Chicken salad ever. No flavor! Fruit cup was OK but not full at all.

I only ordered a Carmel latte. It took 20 minutes and they prioritized other orders ahead of mine. Finally, they asked what I was waiting for and made the coffee. There were others waiting to have their order taken and one of the customers had to come over to the serving window to ask if someone could take their order.

Placed an order for delivery via Uber Eats. When our food arrived it was not to our expectations. The tuna sandwich was sloppy with just tomatoes no lettuce. There was more tuna on the wrapping then the sandwich. The cobb salad was wilted with an odor. I called the to speak with the manager and of course no answer. I feel cheated!

Ordered online and was given rotten fruit even after the tip! The manager said that the fruit came off the truck like that! The lady shrugged as if it was no big deal though as said everybody is messing up nowadays!! Don’t wish that anyone loses their job or anything like that, but the staff should be paying more attention to making sure that the food is properly rotated and bag cold or hot items in separate bags. The soup supposed to had shredded cheese on top with saltines on the side. The lemon drop cookie is excellent though!
