Tried the Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel, superb. Location was large, modern, and had low prices. Staff were friendly and efficient, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Terrible! I will not go back or recommend this location. Someone had bagel’s delivered to us and most of all our bagels was stale and hard. You could not even bite or cut into the bagels. I called Panera to get this situation handled, I spoke with manager. He did not handle this situation at all. He made the excuse that the bagels are made fresh everyday, the texture is how it suppose to be! I said ok, I hung up the phone because clearly he was not trying to resolve the situation!! To the manager that I spoke with this morning, please listen to your customers and resolve situation especially when customers like me coming to your location and spending their money.

I ordered a whole Green Goddess Cobb salad and the bowl wasn’t even filled half way. Majority was lettuce. I asked for light bacon and chicken but guess they thought it meant no chicken at all. For the price you pay it wasn’t worth it.

While at Panera we had a small challenge and my daughter (14) Ordered the wrong item from the menu. When we brought it the attention of the manager, he graciously fix the order for us. No fault of their own and still made it right! We will be back!

This is my daily stop. No complaints. Manager and staff keeps changing but it is with almost all businesses now a days. The food and service is continuously improving.

Clean and well air conditioned with free fast WiFi. The food and drink options are really good. Handicap accessible, just park in the lot and use the entrance closest to the lot. Their table service is great too. Another good reason to stop here, especially if your handicap. The food is always good here.

First time at this Panera Bread location. Went through the drive through and thankfully the line moved quickly. Tried the Baja Bowl with chicken. Very tasty and filling. Will definitely try the other warm bowls.

I’ve visited Panera at Kingsley this past week during a business conference. I was picking up breakfast food for several people, and I received the rudest customer service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life from an employee at the counter. She was a much older Caucasian lady, who was apparently quite busy, but she was the only one working the counter. She very gruffly asked me to use the kiosk to order, and I complied, but the kiosk would not take my credit card, so I had to come back to her. I’ve never seen someone so aggravated that they had to wait on a customer. She rolled her eyes and was clearly very irritated that she had to stop what she was doing to ring up my order. Once it was done, and she was putting my group’s pastries in a bag, I turned to grab some napkins, while I waited on the crew in the back making the breakfast sandwiches I ordered. When she saw that I had the stack of napkins, she barked loudly for the whole store to hear, “Where did you get those napkins?” I told her I had gotten them from the napkin holder behind me, and she rolled her eyes again. I asked her why she wanted to know, and she said, “Well we were going to give you some, but never mind…whatever,” and walked off. It was unbelievably offensive and rude, and I won’t be back to that restaurant again, if that lady is behind the counter.

I like this location and a very good place to go. But I feel like prices are way too high also the seat was not cleaned. I don’t understand how this is a large Mac and cheese there’s not enough at all.
