I ordered a Baja bowl the way it comes and it looks like the bowl was only full halfway. I paid $16 for something that wasn’t even a full meal. Very disappointed. I was in the Greenridge store on 8/12, just before 2:30. I was waiting for my food when I realized the time. I said to my niece, “We don’t have time to eat.” For the record, I meant in the restaurant. I would definitely make sure my niece ate. ANYWAY, Charmaine (I believe) overheard and interjected, “We will pack this for you to go.” She moved our order to the front of her queue. We got our food in about 1 minute and were on our way. It wasn’t just her engagement, which she didn’t have to do, or her helpfulness in going above and beyond to solve a problem that wasn’t hers. I was most struck by her calm and kind demeanor.

Past 2 times I have come to this location they have poured small amounts of soup into both the bread bowl and regular bowl for myself and my partner. This location is the only one that I have had this issue with. Went up to what I assume is a manager and asked for more and all he had to say is that it’s normally 3 scoops of the given soup. Might be the rules, but I just don’t agree with the amounts given at this Panera and I think for the price it’s not justified. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had eating out in my life. I went to this panera on the weekend with my young son. I ordered a sandwich and kids meal. I customized the sandwich to my liking as per usual, no one in panera has ever had a problem with it before. I walked over to get my food and noticed that my son’s food was ready, but I did not see the sandwich I had ordered. I did see another sandwich sitting there but assumed it wasn’t mine since it was not made with the customizations I requested. So I continued to wait for my food. In the meantime I took an important business call and watched to see if they put my sandwich there. When I noticed that no other sandwich was coming out I asked the employee Jennifer if the sandwich sitting there was mine. She scoffed and rudely said “yes but you were too busy on your damn phone.” I said ” I didn’t think it was my order because it’s not made correctly.” Jennifer rolled her eyes and yelled at me that I better go get my money back because she won’t be remaking the food and argued that i didn’t customize my sandwich and I was wrong. I asked for the receipt, she REFUSED , and walked away while I was speaking. I tried to tell her what I had ordered. She demanded that I was wrong and then told me next time not to be on my damn phone. The tone, attitude and words she was using was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I spoke with the manager and informed her about the situation. She offered me a refund and I declined because my only wish is that the staff, Jennifer in particular, be reminded to be kind to everyone. Every one is going through a struggle that no one knows about. I feel very upset about being yelled at and talked to this way in front of my child. Several customers witnessed it and apologized to me. I was truly shock and dismayed for being talked to this way. I was being blamed for her error in making the order wrong and being yelled at for being on a call. Will not be back to this location.

The food is not fresh and the ppl working seem not too happy. The avocado on my salad was brown. I went back and asked for fresh avocado and the girl got defensive. My husbands steak was cold. My kids ordered the $12 chicken spicy take sandwich and they had hardly any of the fried pickles in it. Again, girl got defensive when they asked for some. Then we bit into our apples and they were old, not crispy. They need to throw out their old food and stop serving it to guests!Also their kiosks don’t work so you waste time ordering on the kiosk just to realize that their credit card processor is down. And the ppl just weren’t that friendly. We are traveling and love to eat at Panera. This location needs to up their game!

Love Panera , had the chicken wild rice soup and a sandwich with a green tea and a cookie , never can eat it all at one time so had most of the sandwich and cookie for later , very good !
