Everything about this meal was incredibly satisfying. The flavors were rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced — honestly the closest to perfection. The sandwich was fresh and flavorful, the soup had an excellent taste and texture, and the little pastry bites were delicious. Both drinks were absolutely amazing, creamy, and sweet in all the right ways.
The presentation was clean, inviting, and well put together, and the overall experience felt warm and enjoyable. From taste to quality to presentation — a solid 5 out of 5.

Waited 23 minutes in the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me. That car received their food about 4 minutes after I pulled up behind them, so I’m not sure what caused the delay. Inside wasn’t busy either; only one table was being used.
The employee at the window took my payment and told me it would only take a couple minutes. I received my food 15 minutes later.
A bag of potato chips were missing, there were no croutons for the soup, no utensils, nor napkins in the bag.
I understand things can get busy, but this felt like a lack of attention and basic customer service. Disappointing experience overall.

Came here for a light dinner the other night. We ordered via the touchscreen. We did not have to wait long for our meals. I think my favorite part about this place, besides the food, was how cozy Panera felt. They use warm lighting instead of your typical fluorescents making the restaurant feel much more intimate.
I was very happy with my meal, I ordered chicken noodle soup and half of a sandwich. My husband was also happy with his dinner.

Horrible customer service and a sandwich doused in heavy mayonnaise so that it was inedible spoke with a manager name Kat who was rude!

Not very good food. Soups were alright but the new chicken sandwich is subpar.

They offer sandwiches of many varieties from standards like BLT to unique combinations of their extended varieties of sandwich meats and vegetables as well as condiments. If you have thought of it, you are more likely to find it here than at most sandwich shops. They also offer a nice variety of soups, salads and unique desserts. I don’t use it for hot menu items though some are offered. As a soup, salad and sandwich shop, it can’t be beat for the price. But it isn’t a really quick fast food joint. It will take a few minutes longer but the extra time is more than worth it and the price is a little more but, again, worth it for the variety and quality.

I personally almost always get the chicken and tomato soup duet, never disappoints.
If you go here more than once or twice a month you should also consider the sip club which offers free tea or coffee or energy drinks every 2 hours for a very low monthly rate, I currently pay like 5$/mo for a promotional offer

I ordered delivery through Paneras app, and originally ordered a chocolate chip bagel. They were out so replaced it with another option as well as gave me a free you pick two for next time. I just thought the note attached was so thoughtful. It’s the little things!

The team here at this Panera does a great job. Place is clean, food comes out fresh, and staff is friendly.
Only thing is the parking lot is kinda tight, but there is not much they can do about that given the space they have available to work with, so no star reduction there.
