The cashier was friendly , service was ok, management should do a better job with keeping the place clean. This was probably the filthiest Panera we’ve visited. Staff including the manager all seem comfortable hiding behind the doors and no one came out to follow up with ANY of the customers, which explains why the place is filthy. A manager went into use the men’s room but didnt bother to tidy up the trash or mess in the restroom. This location was not busy. It’ll be a surprise if this location is even open another 6 months.

I usually love Panera. Didnt get my order right, and never do at this location. Biggest reason I’d never go there, a hair was in my sandwich. Got halfway through and felt it in my teeth. Pulled out this long hair. I threw everything else out, turned my stomach too much.

So update on my last review. The lady still works here and all they did was tell her to do differently next time. They refused to give out names of both the lady manager and GM and continue to be super rude. Sorry I was born Black and Hispanic and y’all don’t value us as customers. If y’all had her go through training already then she should of known how to approach people. I was racially and gender profiled. She did nothing to my child’s father when he was in the store but when I came in with my child and tiny dog it’s a problem??? She asked me a question, i answered, she said ok, i thought that was all but she kept on giving me rude looks and talking to her mother about me in a low tone as if i couldn’t hear. The GM informed me that i didn’t need to purchase anything to use a charger to get home but yet the lady and her mother ganged up on me with my child to try and run us out of the store because i tried to get my child home due to a broken car. Stuff happens in life and now i know never to come here again. I guess she believes i should of went into Wingstop next door instead of destroying the image of Panera with our presence. She spoke on how i looked for no reason and threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t leave. So much hostility for nothing.

The staff did a fantastic job serving us. The food is typical for Panera. This location could use a bit more focus on dining room cleanliness, but overall a great experience! I would go back.

This Panera seriously needs to be reported to corporate. I’ve lived near Jackson for about 1.5 years and I have had more problems with this location than I can count. Every single time I attempt to come here it’s something. The staff is extremely rude, they are ALWAYS out of everything, they don’t communicate, they don’t make items right, etc. You get to the end of pickup and all the sudden they’re out of this and that and you have random workers in the back all looking for said item but none have an idea of where it could be. I personally heard a manager admitting to a delivery truck coming that morning yet they still did not have the items needed to serve customers- aka a management issue. The GM of this store needs to pull it together. These issues are unacceptable considering Panera is very high priced and typically held up to a different “fast food” standard.

Upwards of 30 minutes in the drive thru for one bagel, once cinnamon roll and one coffee. I could make the meal from scratch myself in this amount of time it’s taken to sit here. And I’m still sitting here. Drive thru is stacked up and nothing is happening. If this is the best you can do then close until you can hire and train more people.
