My bagel sandwich here was amazing. Absolutely no complaints there. But my wife ordered a soufflé and didn’t get it for over 30 mins. Turned out they accidentally gave it to someone else and they were now out. Thankfully they made a new one for her. With her being pregnant and craving a soufflé, I’m glad they made her one. I may have not survived to write a review otherwise.

Writing this as I’m sitting in the drive thru, for a second time, after they made my order wrong, yet again. After sitting and waiting for nearly 8 mins for order in the first place and spending $19.90. They can never get it right. I’m unsure if it’s the speaker or the person or who knows what that is causing the confusing but I certainly know it isn’t me. I’ve ordered the same thing from Panera since I started going to Panera around 10 years ago. More than likely the last considering the price and the quality (or should I say lack of quality) in the service provided. Also, ordered a large drink. The ice was literally filled all the way up to the top, to the point I probably got 1/3 of actual beverage. I guarantee the worker that did that wouldn’t pour her beverage with 90% ice.

Wow! Ordered their strawberry salad and it was amazing! Everyone was super friendly. My grandsons flatbread pizza was excellent. Businesses are struggling everyday to find good help. Keep your crew happy as they made my experience enjoyable!

Took the family in there to get a certain sentence and after we ordered and paid. They told us they did not have the right bread which is fine because I know stuff happens. Just wish I would have known before I ordered. And I also ordered cinnamon crunch bagels the 1st time she only charged me 90 cent each the 2nd time I went back to get a couple more. To take home she charged me a $1.80 each i ask her why and she said she didn’t know why they was coming up different.

I am officially done with Panera.. I asked for chicken salad with no bread. I paid $11 and received 7 small chunks of chicken. This is NOT enough to fill an entire sandwich. So I paid over $1 per small chunk!?!?! I left hungry.. the last time I came, the drive thru knew how to place the order as a side item. I should not pay $11 for this. I will not be back..

Just like you can see by reading the prior reviews, this place is very hit-or-miss. I’ve been here several times and depending on the day you could get good or bad service. I’ve never seen the same employee twice, and it’s always the cashier’s first day, so I think their turnover here must be crazy high. The food has always been good, when it is correct. Not always the most friendly or helpful employees though.

I placed my order online and it was ready when I arrived. The lemon drop cookie was the best part of my lunch. It was soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Everything was still hot when I drove 15 minutes back home. The only problem was the turkey had a funny taste to it so I didn’t eat my sandwich. Its OK for people that like to spend a lot of money for cheese and bread a fast food place should never charge up to $20-to 25 just to have sandwich n soup or salad that’s ridiculous. Absolutely loved their charged lemonade! The strawberry lemon mint is delightful, and their bear claws are always crispy and sweet! Also got the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich along chicken noodle soup. Both were rich and filling. Loved the sweet grapes in the chicken salad particularly!
