30 minutes waiting in a Drive-Thru of which 8 was sitting at the order terminal with nobody to take my order. $10 for a bowl of soup and a piece of bread that were pre-made and had to be ladled into a to-go cup. Couldn’t even put a napkin in the bag. Do not recommend if you don’t want to spend too much money and too much time for too little. Better Staffing would go a long way to changing this review.

We had a fantastic experience grabbing breakfast here recently. We ordered several customized breakfast sandwiches, and I was really impressed that every single one was made with care and exactly how we ordered them—they tasted great!
The app updates were super helpful for timing; we knew exactly when to pull into the drive-thru lane. When we got to the window, the staff was friendly, and everything was packaged neatly and ready to go as promised. We were very pleased with the seamless service and will definitely be back.

It’s a small store located on 4 Seasons Blvd in Hendersonville. A great place to meet with friends and family, have an inexpensive yet delicious meal, a variety of teas -Pomegranate blueberry is my favorite , and tasty treats that can’t be denied! The service is great, the staff is so gracious, and I highly recommend it!

currently writing this review from the drive thru, as i am literally trapped here and cannot get out without going through and have been in line for going on 30 minutes now. wait time is genuinely insane and that’s coming from someone who has worked at panera. they need to get on top of their line times, especially in a fenced in drive thru where people cannot leave if they change their mind while waiting the hour it apparently takes to get to the service window. would love to tell you how my food is but alas, there is still two cars in front of me. will update when i get through the line, which at this rate will probably be twenty minutes from now.

Panera in Hendersonville is an absolute JOKE!! you have to wait in the drive thru line for ATLEAST 20 minutes every single time! Half the time they give you the wrong dressing for the salad or no dressing at all and you’re lucky to get utensils to eat your food with. If you go in to order you will also be waiting in line mins before somebody will acknowledge you and take your order . I go all the time and this will now be the last time.

Ordering machine didn’t process my order. Waited too long to find out the machine wasn’t working. They could at least put an out of order sign on it. They were aware it was down. Probably won’t go back there.

Worst service I’ve seen! I order my food for pick up, I only get a 30 min lunch break, even tho order said ready in 9 min, I gave them 20 min to go get it, go to the drive through and the line was long and not moving, so I decide to go inside to pick it up. I asked one of the girls prepping the food if I could hey my order as I cant keep waiting in my car, she said they are backed up and I have to wait, so I ask to please check for my order and she said not ready, wait another 10 min and I asked someone else and guess what? My order was ready by the drive through section, at this point all cold and gross. So the first person I asked didn’t even check. I would never come back here and food prep was awful too

$20 for a tiny lil sandwich and half filled small cup of mac and cheese. Wow. Prices have gone up and portions have gone down over the years.. sad. Used to be a great place!
