Always allow yourself extra time when planning to stop at Panera if you have somewhere you have to be! It always takes a while, even if there’s no line. However, the food is always good, and I have to give props to my new fave, the Charged Lemonade! It’s delicious and has enough caffeine to seriously get you going. I did just look up the nutrition facts, though, so maybe not a treat I’ll get super often. I was told this morning about the Unlimited Sip Club and signed up for a 2 month free trial. If you plan to visit Panera often, do yourself a favor, get the app, and sign up! Even at the eventual cost of $11.99/month, it’s worth it if you go more than twice in a month. Now, to brag about the bagels… they’re delicious. Always toasted to perfection and fresh tasting. You can get bagel and cream cheese for under $5. Lastly, the bear claw….YUMMY! Overall, I would recommend this location even if they are a tad slow.

The chicken noodles soup tasted like the broth was beef. I couldn’t eat it or my half ham sandwich. The sandwich was coated in some yellow stuff and was too spicy. At least my friend liked his sandwich and mine. I probably wouldn’t waste my time going here again. Not a good 1st impression.

Clean and relaxing dining area. Great catering staff and quality. Panera has the best bread, pastries, and meals. Always fresh and always fast. I would absolutely recommend this panera. The staff are very kind and provide excellent customer service.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while! For some reason we thought it be a good idea to interact with an employee instead of using the kiosk. We’ll that was a bad idea as the employee could hardly converse. She couldn’t explain the advertised special at all. When we received our $30 order for 2 people, ( a Baja bowl and a chicken sandwich wit 2 drinks) the sandwich was barely warm and my Baja bowl ($12) looked like a kids version (and looked like a 6yo made it) (see pics). I took the bowl back to the manager and asked if this is the right portion for my $12 Baja Chicken Bowl, he simply said “yes”. To make sure we were talking about the same thing, I asked “this is the $12 chicken Baja bowl?” Again the full response was “yes”. This manager could care less about the customers or the the food he serves. I won’t be back and I’m sure they don’t care!

Food was way over priced and you wait for what feels like an eternity in the drive thru line. I got a bowl (large) of cheddar broccoli for $8.19 which was in a tiny container. It had no flavor and was cold. Oh well, at least the guy at the window was polite and had a friendly attitude!

This location does not deserve any stars at all! Judging from the many negative reviews, some dating a year ago, I can’t say this is a staffing issue. Rather the franchise owner does not have a clue of how to run an efficient fast food restaurant. The wait time is always ridiculous, the food is always subpar. I have been to this location a couple of times and every time it has been disappointing. Today, I had a short break and needed something quick, and since it is right next door to where I work, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered the new Smokey chicken sub and it was disgusting. It’s like they are making their own version, because it does not compare to what is served at other Panera bread. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt, but enough! Seeing the many horrible reviews, I wonder how long it will take the franchisee to visit this location and either shut it down or run it themselves. I will be writing to the corporate office about my experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone, unless you are looking for a disappointing experience and a waste of your money!

This Panera location truly makes Panera Bread look bad. It’s not like any other Panera that I have ever dined at! Always out of food items, don’t provide Cane Syrup on the drink bar in the dining room for the teas, smaller portion sizes than other Panera locations AND when you ask for syrup for your $3 green tea they tell you “Sorry, that’s for our specialty drinks”…this location is run by very incompetent people who don’t know how to treat customers.

This location is consistently terrible in every category. Several months ago, my wife and I ordered our typical breakfast from here, the bacon egg and cheese on brioche, with overeasy eggs. However, this location is incapable of cooking food properly, and several times prior to this last order the eggs have been overcooked, dry and absolutely grotesque. We reached out to the corporation, and they told us they would contact the owners of this franchise location. That never happened. So we were out of our money and our appetite. Today, we decided after the time that has past to try again, and once again we have run into the same issue. I didn’t get my money back last time, so I’ll have to take to the credit card company to getting it back. Do not eat at this location under any circumstances. They do not care about their product or their customer and it shows. Image attached, they even forgot the bacon to mask their overcooked egg.

My salad was terrible. The chicken was… not chicken. It was fatty, gray, and slimy. I literally picked it all out and tried to eat it without the chicken but it was not good. It was $32 for me and my daughter to have lunch, NOT worth the money.

I belong to the sip club and placed an order online. I sat there patiently while they served people that walked in and order at the counter before me. I complained online and Panera still has not replied they don’t seem to care how badly their service is. I will be canceling my sip club for sure.
