I haven’t been to Panera Bread in approximately 15 years. I didn’t stop for any particular reason. Just found other options more appealing.
Earlier today I went to Panera and had challenge after challenge. First, I tried ordering online but there’s no option to do so when using a gift card.
So when I got to the drive through, the employee took my order but didn’t listen to me. I read directly from the website, as my failed order was still in the cart.
Somehow, the employee placed an order that was SIMILAR to mine but not the same.
Iong story short, I overpaid. I also paid for soup I never received and the bread was hard.
I ended up paying $17 for the $12 order I placed AND didn’t even get all the food.
The soup was really good though.

Only iced lattes on the menu! Passing through on my way home and underwhelmed. As others said, quick service but food not up to par compared to the Paneras in my hometown – I go to 3 of them and checked and yes, hot and cold lattes are on that menu. Super disappointed but the manager kindly refunded the latte. Now I’m looking for a Starbucks for the caffeine jolt for the rest of my drive. tuna salad was way too salty. Chicken rice soup ok. Some cold chunks of potato or something floating in it. No one asked my preference for chips, apple or bread so had that switched before I took the plate. Will not stop here again. Nice staff .

We got our food in good time, but that is probably because it didn’t take long to put the very small portion of chicken on the sandwich. The food was very good, if there was more of it. If you are looking for a reasonably priced restaurant with a good amount of food I would recommend taking the large amount of money that you would spend here and get twice as much food from it somewhere else.

Came for a quick sandwich and soup before a massage. After 35 minutes…had to get it to go since massage time was ready. No 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee but…no decaf coffee either. Our to go order did not have the chips and apple requested. It would be one thing if they were busy but there was one group in front of our order. Don’t come if you think you can get in and out in an hour

The food is good. When you get it. Haven’t been here in a bit and was hoping the service improved. But it hasn’t. Placed an order in the app with a specific pick up time. I get there 2 minutes early and proceed to sit in the drive thru line for nearly 40 minutes…for a cup of soup and half sandwich. Ran out of time in lunch so didn’t even get it before having to back to work. Asked for refund. Waste of money and time. My last time coming here.

I attempted to place an online order from this location because it was a cold, rainy day and I wanted to try a couple of their soups. However, I was informed by DoorDash that my order had been canceled due to a problem with this specific restaurant. While I’ve heard good things about their food and assume it is at least satisfactory, my experience today makes me reluctant to order from this Panera Bread again, online or in person.

Hey so if you plan on eating here make sure not to bring a 100 dollar bill!! Even if your order is 67 dollars which it just might be. The super duper professional employees will not accept it. Also my smoothie genuinely tastes like sink water! This place needs some serious evaluation.

Most disgusting dirty Panera Bread. Short changing customers. When we checked out and paid cash, the cashier said here is $8.15. I don’t have any penny’s. The proper change should have been $8.17. I spoke with the manager and it appeared she was having a hard time deciphering that she was short changing customers because they did not have change in the cashier drawer. I told her you do not shortchange customers you give them them an overage. If this is Panera Bread’s corporate policy then perhaps the local district attorney should be contacted. It is not about a few pennies but simply the principle of the matter. Take a look at these pictures and see how nasty and dirty this panera bread is. My wife went to the bathroom and found what you’ll see in the picture and advised the employees. I gave the little girl employee $20 because I saw that she was sent back to clean this nasty female toilet. Crumbs on all of the tables. Spill drinks on the counters simply disgusting. Simply bewildered! As an owner of 3 small businesses to include a non profit, these employees and management would not be tolerated not one more day. Total loss of confidence to eat at Panera Bread. Panera Bread’s new company name, “Pathetic Bread.”

1st time at this panera and probably last. Food was ready quickly and people were nice enough, but the bread used for my sandwich was old and crumbly. The soup, which I get every time I eat at panera, was old and burnt. I would usually say something or ask them to remake it but I was in a hurry. If you want people to come back especially at the prices you charge, you’re going to have to serve fresh food! Rant over
