Most disgusting dirty Panera Bread. Short changing customers. When we checked out and paid cash, the cashier said here is $8.15. I don’t have any penny’s. The proper change should have been $8.17. I spoke with the manager and it appeared she was having a hard time deciphering that she was short changing customers because they did not have change in the cashier drawer. I told her you do not shortchange customers you give them them an overage. If this is Panera Bread’s corporate policy then perhaps the local district attorney should be contacted. It is not about a few pennies but simply the principle of the matter. Take a look at these pictures and see how nasty and dirty this panera bread is. My wife went to the bathroom and found what you’ll see in the picture and advised the employees. I gave the little girl employee $20 because I saw that she was sent back to clean this nasty female toilet. Crumbs on all of the tables. Spill drinks on the counters simply disgusting. Simply bewildered! As an owner of 3 small businesses to include a non profit, these employees and management would not be tolerated not one more day. Total loss of confidence to eat at Panera Bread. Panera Bread’s new company name, “Pathetic Bread.”

I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl with Avocado and this is what I received. The salsa is not even an ingredient. No avocado even though I paid extra for it. No cucumber. This is the SECOND time they screwed it up. I waited a couple months so they could figure out how to properly make before ordering again. Won’t make that mistake a third time.

Worst Panera bread I’ve ever been to. It was right at the dinner hour, and they only had a few patrons. The restaurant was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, and the food was high school cafeteria level. No kidding. I spent my time eating not-good food while listening to silly teenagers giggling and laughing in the kitchen the entire time. Not a good experience. Won’t be back. It only earned a second star because the young lady who took our order was friendly.

Edit: I went to the store and they offered to make me a new bowl or asked what they could do to make it better. I asked for the vegetables that were missing which they provided. They kindly offered some bakery items to offset the experience. The staff was quick to remedy the issue.

I really can’t go here on breaks or lunches or anything because they are so slow. I’ve also had my food be ice cold in the middle several times…. I also had to stop the sips club because they’ve been out of large cups many times and I felt like I wasn’t getting my moneys worth. I like most Paneras but this location is whack.

I had fairly good results here in the afternoon when it was not busy. Coffee that was not available was made and brought to my table when I asked for it. Employees was helpful and attentive to my needs. More recently I had a problem with a salad. The pick-up counter employee was not happy about it, but I was directed to someone who handled it excellently and made another one.

Went there to eat tonight it was only 830 and according to google it closes at 9. I was waiting in the drive thru and on the intercom someone said they were closed and I seen them in the lot taking out trash as I was deciding where I should go eat now since I couldn’t get service. Every-time there is an issue here. Either bad service or they aren’t attentive and I have gotten wrong food items or my items made incorrectly. If hours are changing then it needs to be corrected on google and if not then this location needs to reconsider its workers. It’s sad I couldn’t get service 30 minutes before close because of laziness.
