Ordered 3 salads and 2 soups for take out. Arrived at 8p and they said they had no bread. It’s a bread store! Plus there was a rack of fresh bread sitting by the ovens. “Tomorrows bread” I was told. After insisting I finally did get some bread. Not impressed; a $53 tab for 3 salads and some soup, I think the experience should have been better. (Plus my wife said the chicken and quinoa was supposed to be hot. It was not…and there was very little meat to begin with). Another reason I hate buying food made by someone else.

My office ordered from here last week and they got my order wrong so they said we could order this week and they would fix it. We ordered this week and our food NEVER showed up. They tried to say it is not their fault because they had Door Dash deliver even though we NEVER ordered from Door Dash. The delivery driver’s phone number does not work by the way. So, 3 hungry ladies and NO LUNCH, that we paid for already mind you. So I wish they had a negative 2-stars because that’s what I give them.

Visited this place for first time for dinner on our way to vacation. Good place very neat. Food came fast no wait time at evening times. We order broccoli cheddar soup very delicious and chicken Ava is sandwich very tasty and neat. Recommended.

Disgusting location. They do not care what they put in your sandwich. Why wouldn’t workers be ok with using this avocado? I am sure they wouldn’t eat this themselves. The manager said the avocado is overripe.

This was the most pathetic sandwich I have ever had from Panera. The onions were completely missing and when I asked about them, I was told they were out of onions indefinitely. Would have been nice to know that before I ordered a sandwich with a primary ingredient they were out of. Super lacking in the other toppings too. Caesar salad also had minimal dressing. Very disappointing experience overall.

Went through the drive thru when no one was there so we know it wasn’t busy. We ended up waiting well over 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches, no one was even at the window to let us know it wasn’t going to be ready for that long. Funny thing no one else was in front of us and it was pretty early in the morning. 2 people behind us ended up leaving which we would have done if we didn’t pay for it already. Don’t recommend drive thru, at this point going inside probably would have been faster. Terrible Panera/location.
