The atmosphere and service were great. The sub/grinder was tasty. The Manicotti had good flavor. I was disappointed in the pizza. I expected a better made / quality pizza from this place. It looked like something from a chain restaurant. Flavor wise, it was ok at best.

We had a really great experience getting carryout from Vitale’s! We got a variety of foods. Burger, chicken sandwich, shrimp scampi, gnocchi, and chicken Caesar salad.
The gnocchi was so delicious with the Parmesan cream sauce and I definitely recommend adding peas and ham to it. It was reasonably priced and everything was packed up beautifully. We would definitely go again if we are in the area!

We came in late, and we were able to get a seat immediately. Our server, Dina, was friendly and knowledgeable. The wings were a solid 8/10, and I’m a wing snob. The pizza was good, 7/10, and the mozzarella and pepperoni cheesy bread stole the show, IMO. The only thing lacking was the sauce on the chicken parm which was subpar when compared to the dipping sauce we got with the apps.

I am giving a one star review because we stopped in because the sign said immediate seating. There was a 25 minute wait. When I said they should turn off that sign when there is a wait the hostess said she wish she could. I said obviously I am not the only one annoyed at the sign. Other than that the experiance was good. But don’t be leave the sign.

Returned to this Italian Eatery again, as it is a great place and wanted to take a friend to lunch with my wife and I. Since I like to rate Italian Restaurants by the quality of their Meat Ball Sandwiches, I tried theirs this time! It was VERY GOOD! The only way it could have been better would be with a custom baked sub bun. (The one it was on was good for a commercial bakery!)
Homemade meat balls with just the right amount of great sauce and mozzarella cheese. My wife had the minestrone soup and house baked bread, (which in my opinion should have been used for the sub I had!) She raved about the soup, and especially the seasoned butter for the bread!
Will be sure and stop there much more often… Definitely a place I can recommend!

Dark One
This restaurant definitely knows what they are doing from the food down to the feel of the restaurant. The staff is on top of everything you could ask for. The chefs seem to take great pride in the food they let leave the kitchen. I’d highly recommend the cheese bread, it is amazing. The pizza was very good as well. This will be a must stop for us when we come back this way. Thanks for a delicious meal.

Great service! Great atmosphere! Delicious food! I had the house fries and they were phenomenal! The rosemary lemon aioli was perfect with the garlicky fries and the shaved fresh parmesan. The fries were soft and golden brown. I had a great dinner at Vitale’s! I’ll be back on my next trip to Michigan. Thank you for the awesome experience!

We waited 40 minutes for someone to come to our table. The waitress was rude and said she didn’t know that she was assigned to us. We asked 4 other staff members to help us. We sat in the dinning room. It was awful. Others who came in after us eat and left prior. The waitress said she was having a bad night. Not to them, just us.

Pizzas were fantastic! The waitress was friendly and helpful. When she saw that one of our medium pizzas was missing, (because it had came out burnt from the kitchen and we had returned it,) she went to the manager and asked for us, if we could get an appetizer to tide us over. The cheese wedges were a lot tastier than we thought they’d be! And with ranch and marinara, they were awesome! The desserts were absolutely wonderful and definitely worth trying! The place was not too noisy either. Parking spaces were big enough, allowing you to open your doors without hitting the car next to you. Bathrooms were elegant, clean, and stocked up. I gave 4 stars because the very burnt pizza should have never left the kitchen in the first place. All in all, a good experience for an out-of-towner like me.
