Okay two star because I had great customer service and also they were patient and helped me with my order. So I got the spicy chicken sandwich and my side was a soup. Start off with the soup which was great and then I went on to my sandwich, I took finally looked down because the texture wasn’t right and I wish I hadn’t. I felt bad for my coworker because she saw me spit everything out . The chicken breast doesn’t look fully cooked or sat in blood… idk

I walk 3 blocks to pick up lunch at least once a week. Recently quality control is in decline. Last week I barely got any a salad dressing with my to go green goddess (1/3 of a tiny container). This week the didn’t put the bread in with my soup. I only get their soup because of the roll. Tried to call but a computer answers and can’t get a human, so here is my feedback. Shorting customers is not a good business model.

I ordered a steak and white cheddar sandwich online. It was a 15 minute walk to pick it up. Got back to my office and it was some sort of chicken sandwich. I could not go back because, I had spent 30 minutes of my hour lunch already. I ate the sandwich and it was pathetic. Wilted lettuce and there was barely an ounce of meat on this sandwich. Pretty sure the steak sandwich would have been the same. Poor quality and service. Supply chain is no longer an excuse. Panera and other restaurants are robbing people of their hard earned money. $13.20 + $1.80 tip. = $15 gift card wasted. Mind you, I never eat there on my on dime nor when they cater to the office. The only thing they have going for them is their French baguette!

Panera disappointed this visit. I ordered the Toasted Frontega Chicken. When I opened the wrapping the Chipotle sauce was slathered everywhere. It was extremely messy.

I ordered online from this location through the Panera app and made some substitutions for my food due to a medical dietary restriction, my food came completely wrong and now I physically cannot eat it. I tried to call but the phone continuously disconnected after a few rings. Very upsetting.

I love Panera. This location is my boyfriend’s and my favorite place to eat. We love going there. It has been on point in the past. The last two times we have ordered delivery the food took longer than the time quoted by only 5 mins yet the food was cold as if it hasn’t been heated at all. This location do better. I hope things get sorted out, I want to continue being a patron.
