My husband and I were hungry and stopped in to eat. I asked about vegan options. While they did not have vegan options at this location, Serena was so sweet and attentive. She made me feel good. I really appreciated that. The place was clean and I would eat here again.

Awful. Just awful. This “pizza” flat bread pizza was very salty — had sour sauce — and the cheese wasent even melted! The salad was nothing special BARELY ANY DRESSING THOUGH! Also there bread chips is a peace of bread and there croutons were so stale and not even croutons, just cut up bread. The coffee was okay but not really the best the chicken in the side salad had no spice and was dry and chewy. For 34.75 dollars. Not worth it at all.

I love their Fuji apple salads and the chicken is almost always plentiful and top notch. The only salad I love better from Panera is their seasonal strawberry poppy seed. My only complaint is the tiny tablespoon of napa almond chicken salad on my sandwich that I can barely taste against the absurdly thick bread slices and heaping mound of greens which have caused me to stop ordering this particular item. It’s a shame since it was one of my favorites before this location became so stingy with it.

This is not a hit against the staff. They’re just doing what they’re told I’m sure. It’s so stupid having people pull up and around when there’s no one in line. Really hate this system. I mean if you need me to pull up because there’s a long line behind me then maybe but damn just bring my food to the window where I just paid for it

I always wished there was a review option beyond 5 stars. Yesterday, we visited for a smoothie and were greeted the moment we walked through the door by Piper. She was genuinely excited to welcome us and went above and beyond shortly after our child got sick before ordering. I’ll save the details, but Piper and the entire Panera team showcased a level of care and compassion that was familial and rare. Thank you!

Placed an order for bagels at 8 AM before even leaving home. I was told my order was ready at 8:21 AM. Get there at 8:30 and the order hasn’t even been started on. The guy at the back sent me up front, the woman up front went to the back and never came back. Didn’t get it until after 8:50 which caused me to be late to work. This is The first totally ridiculous and happens too often at this location. I definitely won’t risk being late again. Canceling the drink club as well.

Stopped for coffee and breakfast. Employee at cash register named MOY was fantastic! She offered to help me prepare iced coffee and even walked me back to where it was located. She called me by name and asked me to return. Please not only keep Moy, but reward her for being GREAT!!!! I will return and ask for her.

Just wanted to say that Jeremiah at this location is SO AWESOME!! He helped me in a time of need. I visited another Panera location and their customer service was not good AT ALL. I contacted this location and Jeremiah made it right. I was going to stop giving Panera my business because of the bad experience, but after working with Jeremiah who had compassion, was knowledgeable and helpful, ONLY THE ARBORETUM location will get my business.
