Came around 5:45 pm, ordered a salad with modifications. The salad was beautifully done, ready on time (mobile order) and the atmosphere , while busy, was calm. I also noticed a full staff, which has really been a challenge in food service from my observations, but dining room was very clean from what I saw, prepped for the dinner crowd…snapped a photo of this value wall which I haven’t noticed in other paneras. But I feel like tonight’s crew has hit these values. Well done.

The staff was really kind. The food was terrible. This was my sandwich. I ordered the the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich without avocado. I paid for extra cheese and extra sauce. It seems to have neither, or any of the other ingredients listed.

The workers are very nice, they are a little understaffed so nobody is usually not at the front counter, but the screens are still working and are very easy! The food is great, but because they are understaffed, it might take a while. It’s a great place to go with friends or get some work done while you eat!

Yikes, I hope this improves. We have always been big fans of Panera – the food is delicious and the list of chemical additives they don’t allow is a huge relief. But the last time I visited the Cotswiold location there was no one behind the counter to take orders – I guess they just want people to use iPads, which for me is a lousy experience. Almost all the tables were dirty and about half had uncleared dished on them. Yes, customers should bus their tables, but if they don’t, have a little pride – it was gross. I am sure there a lot of dynamics at work here, but I ended ups wishing we had just stayed home.

I love Panera’s broccoli cheese soup! The new Caprese sandwich was delicious! And for my birthday, I got a free kitchen sink cookie which lasted me 2 days because it’s huge and really good/sweet. Staff was super sweet! I had a great time with my friends!

I ordered online and when the website said my order was ready I walked in to grab it. I didn’t see it so I asked the employee who was putting orders together about it and she said that if it wasn’t on the shelf then they were still working on it. She wasn’t very nice in her response. I waited a total of 40 minutes and after not seeing the order I asked for a refund because by that point I had to get back to work. But even the manager told me she couldn’t give me a refund because it had to be done online and she said it won’t be done until the next day.. so I paid $25 for food I didn’t get. I was late to work going back from lunch and I am starving.. I would rate this experience in the negatives if I could
