Convenient spot, dependability is at a premium. Ordered soup and sandwich with cookie and tea. Had to make the tea (self-service) no sweet tea at this location also out of chicken & wild rice soup, no notification in the app. Asked for spoon to be included, no spoon. Very inconvenient. I don’t particularly like complaining, but this is unnecessarily difficult in an already difficult situation.

I (used to) come to this Panera about 1-2 times a week. The staff here is historically rude and unprofessional. The online service is never up to date with what is stocked in the bakery. If you have a problem with your order (which happens often), the staff will be 50/50 very rude— depending on who is behind a the counter. They work at a snails pace. Would recommend taking your money elsewhere. Absolutely terrible.

JARA MITCHELL HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER!!!! SHE IS ALWAYD THROWING EVERYONES FOOD WHEN YOU MAKE A REQUEST SHE DOESNT READ OR FOLLOW IT!!!! My food is never hit when she is in the back or the kitchen. She was mocking me when I came today and purchased my order!!! I’ve never had service so terrible and this is every time she is in the back or behind the counter. Her attitude is very horrible and I am not the only one that feels she throws everyone’s food! She is bad for business!!!! I will be reaching out to the general manager over the store. This is the third – fourth time this has happened. Last week she forgot the sausage on my breakfast order and accused me of lying about it.

Dustin went out of his way to take care of my needs. I needed chicken noodle soup at breakfast time for my pregnant wife and he made it happen. In times when service is not up to par at most places he has proved there is still quality service out there. Dustin is a great asset for your business.

Unlimited sips is a great deal, but the food is expensive. This is a nice option to have at CMC- Main other than the cafeteria food. They have one employee who brings a lot of energy and liveliness to the environment (don’t know his name)

The is the worst got a pick 2 and it said 9 dollars got a sandwhich and a small mac n cheese it all came out to 16 bucks because the did not tell me that it was going to be 5 dollars extra a arm and a leg like i got a steal i am appalled and never will be coming back and they take hours by the time i get it i would have went to south carolina and back do bettet

Really busy all the time here breakfast and lunch busy times. But great healthy food a bit pricey but u have to pay for good and organic food. So it’s a win for ur body to be filled with good stuff to start ur day breakfast here is one of my favorites.

I work at CMC Main and having a food option open late is wonderful. I have had some really good experiences here coupled with a few poorer ones, namely undercooked chicken on a salad once and another time with very poor customer service upon stepping up to order. All other times have been very satisfactory, and a prime example was when I ordered a caffe mocha and forgot to mention I needed almond milk. After the drink had been made I realized my mistake and asked if I could get one with almond milk, staring that it was completely my mistake and nothing they did wrong, and apologized for it. They graciously made me another one, didn’t charge me for it, and wished me a good night.

Frequently out of ingredients, and instead of offering substitutes, they ignore the issue-twice I have ordered Strawberry Poppyseed salad and it’s come with no pineapples or mandarin oranges. I ordered and received an hour ago and just checked-still have not updated the site that they are out of these ingredients. Lame.

This is single handed the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever ordered from. I work night shift here at CMC Main, and as you can imagine there are very few food options at night. Panera is one of the only options so I eat it frequently. The staff are always rude and seem inconvenienced by simply doing their job. They are constantly leaving ingredients out without notifying you. I’ve ordered a green goddess with chicken salad multiple times and they NEVER add the chicken or avocado that comes on the salad. Not to mention, they put on their app at night that almost all items are sold out, but if you go down there, they have those items so seems like they just don’t want to do their job. It’s very frustrating and needs to be addressed.
