Panera Bread has this promotion going on until July 4, 2023. It’s called “Unlimited Sip Club” where you can can get free drinks every day…. Every 2 hours. All you have to do is sign up. When you go to Panera to order, all you do is give them your phone number and… done! You’ll be sipping on a nice cold drink No purchase necessary!!!!

The staff makes the business and this staff sucks. They always shut off the big room for themselves to talk in and not for customers dining in. Rarely do they have hot beverages at the coffee station, and asking them to fix it, is like pulling teeth. The short manager guy is RUDE! He hates himself, wife, and kids seem like. Idk. Definitely been to better stores, this one is just closer to my house. But if you’re looking for better engagement with staff, try the one near the other mall. Their staff is not “I hate my job” style.

Feels like they do not have a working air conditioner. No staff to take orders just a bunch of half working tablets. Staff that is here is braking down the beverage area at 540 pm. Serving paper cups of soup and plastic utensils… I guess dishwasher is not working as well. New menu is horrible and the location was out of half the breads they offer. Baguette was 3x it’s normal size and tasted over proofed. Not a safe place to eat while traveling no pride in customer service. Thought I was at a McDonald’s.

This location has really gone down hill. The tables and seats inside and outside are dirty. The quality of the food has declined. Drink and soda machines look terrible and taste like they haven’t been properly cleaned. Our food order was missing specifically requested (and paid for) additions. It was very disappointing. I used to really enjoy eating here.

I don’t recall seeing anyone at the order counter when I came and wasn’t greeted by anyone, so I used the kisok to order which was pretty easy. The soup and bread were hot and tasty and the order was ready pretty quickly. Great lunch !

Horrible experience. The manager was super rude and condescending. My food was made like it was dog foo. drove all the way home and realize that my order was wrong. I had to drive back up to the store and she treated me like I wasn’t a human being. Maybe because I didn’t look like her. after paying $39 for my food and couldn’t get my money back because it’s going to take 4 to 5 days for the money to get back on my card.

Service is completely horrible now at that location, outside patios are completely filthy and sticky ants everywhere. Tables are not getting wiped off. I asked if they could wipe off the table she said yes then went back to doing something else so I had to clean it myself. Fatima Brooks GM wasn’t helpful or nice. Food came out wrong!

When driving to the Panera Bread location first thing you’ll notice is the parking lot is usually pretty packed, so parking can be a hassle at times but the flow is smooth. When walking into the location its clean and open space with tons of large window and tables to sit down and eat. Having an outside patio to eat your food outdoors also. They have an open space for cooking the food and bringing it to you. The drinks are great the green tea is what I got. And the food is hot and good. I got the “Steak White Cheddar Panini” and it was good. Overall the location is great. Would give 5 stars if they offered military discount or more smiles from the employees.

Order taker couldn’t be bothered to take off her sunglasses. Didn’t know the answers to questions like “What’s in the Baja bowl”. Both our orders should have been warm but weren’t. My wife’s was missing the avocado and was actually cold. Order fulfiller had to be told about others parts of our order they forgot. Nothing earth shattering. Tasted good. Just seems like too many errors for one little visit. Let’s get the rough edges smoothed out.

I was extremely frustrated that you were out of chips. I ordered a sandwich and didn’t want bread as a side. And I have braces so I can’t eat the apple. So basically I paid full price for less than 100% of my order. I would have left if a friend hadn’t met me there.
