Placed an online order (couple days in advance) for delivery to a work meeting. One of the 3 items was not in the bag and the side baguettes were just rolling around in the bag freely. Called to let them know, they offered a refund of half the order total. Sorta lame they didn’t offer to refund the entire order seeing as though nobody ate bc that would’ve been awkward. Not a fan.

EW! Frustrated that I didn’t open my to go bag before leaving. How could you look at this and think “yeah that’s fine to serve to a customer”?! No clue what that white stuff is. Maybe dressing?! But there’s a closed container of (non white) vinaigrette in there too. And it’s all over the outside of the box. Disgusting. Not to mention the bread that looks like it’s been chewed on. Gross.

Went there for lunch today for a pick up order of the whole Green Goodess Cobb salad. Not sure what is going on and if the inflation is affecting the portion sizes of menu items but my salad was half the size. It had three small pieces of chicken and barely any salad mix. I prefer not to pay 16 dollar’s for a salad when it doesn’t come as ordered. Panera- if you are cutting back the portions, than lower your prices. I don’t mind paying more for the size I’m purchasing.

They had three self check out kiosks of which two were broken and the third wouldn’t process my credit card. I ended up having to go to the register which was annoying. They did have almond milk upon request which was nice.

We’ve gotten take out twice in two weeks & it was beyond perfect! The food was incredible & fresh & customized to our requests. We have a closer location, but this will be our go to location now! The take pride in what they serve their customers & that brings us back! I honestly don’t believe any place has gotten our food order correct in a year or more! Great staff that cares!!!
